I am in agreement with Taverham, if & it is still a bit if!, we are able as a group to bring some form of class action against the Flybe BOD, then all impacted shareholders at the time of any wrong doing, would be due some form of redress IMO. Personally I have retained a nominal shareholding in FB, despite getting hit badly, with a view that it may help my position as a remaining SH, as and when any action can be collated. Spring@, your emaill duly noted. Despite the fact I am not posting as much as some, does not mean I am not determined to take this as far as we can. Taverham Ox, drop me an email when you are ready, happy to discuss at any point how to get the best traction as a collective. As per previous posts, I believe we have the best chance of any success, with reasoned arguments, but sticking together in numbers. I am sorry to hear of yet another individual who has been on the wrong end of this saga, you have my sympathy. Ox42 I am sure you are already on this but another angle I suggest to raise against the dodgy practices employed by the bod on this one is the impact on employees. Whilst the board have declared the course of action taken is to protect employees, once Stobart & virgin come in I sadly predict it will be anything but. Whilst I agree with some of what you say even though I am one of those who got burned, I think the issue of most investors who do not appear to be novices on this board is the lack of disclosure by the bod, re information imo they should have released as clearly the business cash flow was even worse than you predicted. Add into that most people got caught out expecting a bidding war when the 2 prime candidates for that were actually in collusion. I don’t think anyone predicted that !! As for scully he did ramp this share however he was smart enough to disappear with his 70% profit when virgin first confirmed interest. Others including myself got too greedy and now rue that decision. I stress again however as per a previous post people have sailed very close to the line in this saga and imo acted at least very disengously. That’s the polite version. Regards

Well said ox42, whilst most on here are gutted about their respective losses, it is the lack of truthful communication by the board that has pi—Ed most people off. Even if you cut and ran at the right time or have never been invested, the underhand practices that have unfolded in this sorry saga should be a massive warning for all investors. If the Flybe bod get away with this it will happen again in another business. I would respectfully suggest therefore even if you have not been robbed in Flybe as an investor you should be concerned about what has happened here. History does tend to repeat itself imo, although I have never see anything as bad as this

Good evening all, if there is an action group to be formed, then I am happy to add whatever support I can offer to this. I would suggest all investors irrespective of their losses support this. There has been some fantastic work done by a few members of this board today, and for that I offer the thanks of many for your efforts and information gathering. I repeat my comments this morning reasoned & well researched arguments against how the board have acted is the way forward. Detailed research with large number complainants can only help to bring outside focus on this. Please keep posting and happy to get involved in whatever way the collective feel is the best way forward. Regards

Ox I agree with your comments re the media, as per the post I left late last night if we are going to try and secure media support/exposure it needs to be with well reasoned arguments that highlight are concerns re the way the board has mis managed this whole affair. If we are moaning about losses there will be no interest if we are raising concerns about how this saga was handled you have more of a point of interest/concern as any other board of any company could replicate what Cow and her team have done. If the article had a slant re a warning to all investors not just us Flybe holders who have been stung it should get more traction. Reasoned arguments and data such as you have created with your timeline is the way forward imo. Regards

Ox42, been out all day and have only just seen the fantastic work you have completed on your time line. IMO the only way we will get anyone to take notice is with well reasoned and documented evidence of why we thins pi s have been misled, and the bod have acted using questionable practices, that at best have been on a very fine line, although I am sure they have sought their own legal council on this. A great piece of work. Taverham clearly you are also adding great value. I will review all your posts tomorrow and chip in if I have anything to add but just wanted to acknowledge for all who have been caught up in this robbery a big thanks. Regards

If anyone other than purchasers since Friday managed that it’s a miracle my was about 13.5 and still got taken to the cleaners

Gell your post implies you are still in ? If this is the case I would seriously consider getting out st whatever price you can secure above 1p, as there is really nothing left for a saviour to come in for and as no shareholder vote now we cannot stop it happening. It will not help your pain but I am down substantially more than you and waited for a miracle to happen but sold all but a few shares on Monday at 3.9. Huge hit at this price but better than 1p!!

I have no intention of getting involved in a game of tit for tat, however if you think this deal protects the employees I am afraid you are much mistaken. Time will tell on that one. There are so many other options that the board could have taken on this that in my humble opinion would have been a better option for all including shareholders. This is just a great case of asset stripping, and done with questionable practice. I have taken a huge hit compared to most however I am diversified well enough to dust myself down and move on. That does not mean I approve of what has happened here. My only criticism is some investors appeared all in on this one, however they does not mean they don’t deserve a bit of empathy and any support they can get from most in this board. Regards all

To the few who continue to gloat on this board why don’t you do one!! Whilst I am sure you have never made a mistake in your life and never lost in an investment, the sharp practice that has been carried out in this debacle are horrendous. Most who have lost and some who have lost heavily have just made a mistake. As an MD of over 30 years standing you do not sanction the methods that this board has actioned. A polite request now feck off!!

To all in this board Taverham ox42 Woodstock1970 etc. Great work guys I will pitch in if I have any further value to add I have sent a long winded complaint to sfo @ fca, but I am not expecting any joy out of this. I think our only hope if this is to get someone in the press to take up the charge on this. Clearly difficult when all that will be in the news at present is Brexit, clearly this is why to knobs who have robbed us have timed it like this. Failing that I really think we need Mr t or other major shareholder to take up the challenge. Group action will probably not gain enough traction however that does not mean we should give up and go away that’s what they want!! I am in for the long haul re some justice on this. Regards

With the benefit of hind sight we can all spot things that may now seem to shed a different light on decisions previously made. That having been said I still think the bod have a case to answer re lack of disclosure of material facts that would have changed most investors views and raised a red flag. I have never seen such sharp unethical practices employed in over 30 years investing in shares, with this debacle. The many have suffered for the benefit of the few in this case and should be held accountable imo

This is the stuff as a collective we should be focusing on to try and draw attention to the sorry state of how investors were duped and this unfolded. Despite some gloating on this board by idiots who obviously have no empathy for others I do feel we should try bring our case to the attention of fca and press etc. Clearly and cleverly the timing of this debacle is designed to be buried in Brexit however let’s keep shouting for justice. Taverham- many thanks for your information I have been through a raft of back data company updates rns & research etc since the shit hit the fan last Friday to make sure I had not invested in the wrong company by mistake!! Whilst clearly this was a huge error to invest in this stock the information previously delivered by the bod was obviously a pack of lies. Complaint on its way. Went in big on back of opportunity I felt existed and will probably take me years to recover. Thanks anyway
