Taverham interesting information re bod and yet even more non disclosure. This seems to have consistently been there approach with complete disregard for shareholders. Keep me informed re any group action. Regards

Well done you are a genius as you know and can predict everything that happens in the financial markets your accumulated wealth as a result of this knowledge must make Branson and his cohorts look like paupers compared to your own wealth. If that is the case as it must be for such a financial guru, why do you even bother kicking others when they down?
Have you never made an investment mistake? Or are you too wealthy to be bothered. If it is the latter then why not show some empathy for people who are clearly not as wise as you. If you are not a millionaire then why gloat, as
clearly you are not as smart as you think you are.

Taverham- I have been out of the country for a few weeks so missed that post. If said poster would like to share that again, would be more than happy drop them an email and add any support to a collective action. I have said all along as support for this cause potentially wains there is strength in numbers. I am in for the long haul if others have a similar appetite for justice. Regards

If you are pursuing legal action I would be interested to hear what progress you make, as I am a bucket load down on this fiasco. I will as you suggest catch up on the Stobart board if this shuts down. Have not been around for a while as I have been working my ass off trying to recover some of my losses. To most on this board I wish you all the very best in trying to recoup your own losses. To the odd gloater empathy for fellow investors is clearly too big a word for you to understand. Good evening all, apologies I have been away from this board for a couple of weeks trying to recover some of my considerable losses. Tonight I have read what seems thousands of posts on the board to try and get up to speed. I am now word blind, so apologies for this daft question when is said vote. Whilst all pi’s who have been hurt by this hope to ride hoskings coat tails do we have a plan b as a collective? Looking at many other bb’s re other shareholders Flybe is quoted time and time again as a dangerous precedent as to how the bod have acted. Irrespective of if you were caught by Flybe or not I believe there are many pi’s who are following this sorry state of affairs with interest. Let’s not give up and go quietly. Happy for other views as been out of touch for a couple of weeks. Regards and I hope for justice

Gell I do hope your brother in law is proved right and the bod and others who conspired in this for their own and no one else’s gain (including employees) are locked up and they throw the key away. Taverham I find myself in agreement with the bulk of your posts, and I have to say once again many thanks for the information you and ox42 have placed in this board for others to reference. I am down a very significant loss but will survive, although it will take me a few years to recover. What do I want? A refund of the share price prior to the disastrous bid being announced is I am afraid wishful thinking. I have now written off my investment in Flybe. Justice for all the pi’s who involved, absolutely!!! Whilst some on this board say I told you so, I would like to think we could all agree that the events that have unfolded in this sorry state of affairs need to be called into question. The bod and all involved should be held to account, in order to prevent this happening again and stop them running off into the sunset with a fat brown envelope. Anyone who thinks employees will be saved once they start to run this business are very much mistaken imo. I hope justice is served. Regards

Thanks for the link in your post makes interesting reading for those of us like hoskings who have been burned here. For those posting on here that the company we’re going under, even you may possibly agree the way the bod have handled this so far is not to be admired others would say have breached various duties in their position and have made financial gain. Irrespective of if you were in or out of Flybe you would surely agree as fellow investors that bods cannot be allowed to act unchecked. Regards

Hi all I can confirm I have also received said email asking for my support and confirmation of the numbers of shares held. As already stated they have my details from my contact with them offering my support. Will review content later however if others have the chance to look over this is Taverham @ ox42 etc, can you post your view. Sounds like a chance to get behind a bigger player, who may help our own cause. Regards

Veritas & Taverham I think you both have valid points of views and Taverham & ox42 you have done some fantastic work on this board that can help others draw their own conclusions on this mess. Veritas I concur there is safety in numbers, Taverham I agree it is prudent to let this play out further. At present if we are honest we are all guessing as the truth has not yet been flushed out. As and when more detail is made available imo there is greater strength and benefits to working as a collective. Regards

Morning all been away from bb for few days as I was out of the country. Have any others received a reply yet if you have written to an mp? With hoskings call for gm, I think it would be good to keep up pressure to see if we can secure some political traction. Appreciate they have other things to worry about at present, but any focus from another area may help. Thoughts ?

Tav etc, as per earlier post today it would be great if could add weight piggy back any action from an institutional investor, however I do think we should look into the option of a plan b as a collective.
