Maybe I have read you incorrectly, but it appeared, to me, that you were scorning our history by making reference to present day decisions made by today's Courts regarding historical times. To me it is all very well attempting to right an apparent past and distant wrong, but what appear wrong now can only be properly decided if all the facts presented to the decision makers of the time, which we can only guess at now, are laid before present day courts; impossible In all wars commanders knowingly send men to their deaths. However, having won the battle, do we bring those commanders before a court for manslaughter?

I'm sorry Snige but I totally disgree. May has been brilliant. No I'm not german but my daughter works in Geneva translating german into english. However 'schadenfraude' is a word I think I must picked up in Heidelberg Germany where I spend a few months in my early 20's. It has no english equivalent but it slowly being adopted into our language.

Redtom. No I did not report him. But whoever did, unless admin decided for themselves, did at least 9 of the BBs on which he posted a favour. I admit he appeared to be popular on this BB but I believe it was the only one. He was economical with the truth in his own dealings, who appeared to relish negativity. This I could not understand as he persisted with moaning about his losses in GVC. Perhaps he was merely thankful that others were in the same boat as himself. I wish him well IF he will act with respect for all PI s. We are all here attempting to earn an extra few bob. If ill fortune or poor decision making strikes that is bad enough without some schanfreude appearing to gloat. GLA

MJKm I admit I did not imagine, from your posts, that you would be an investor, and remain sceptical. I fail to see the reason behind any comment that reflects a lack of commitment to an investment excepting in one that i likely to fail; and UKOG is not one of those IMO . I fully accept fair substantiated comment, but cannot ever see the point of negative unsubstantiated comment. There are too many doom and gloomers posting and it is their purpose / reason I try, but fail to, understand. The short-term SP does not interest me, whilst appreciating that traders enjoy the fluctuations, as I am a simple investor (although on behalf of another) for the long term. I have to concede you are correct in your expectations of a reduction in the SP. Well done you.
But I see no bickering amongst LTH's excepting those that are annoyed by non invested trolls whose purpose in beyond my comprehension but not imagination. Not that it will bother you, but I will refrain from the filter button. GLA
