When I see green lines on the BB I know that it is saddo time. Usually I ignore them, occasionally I switch off the filter button which today I did. Reviewing some posts I do not understand the mentality of people that take enjoyment from not merely expecting, but hoping, investors will lose their capital. Now I know there is a view that the mentally ******ed should be eliminated, a view that until recently I vehemently opposed believing life in any form is sacred, but posters like Goldplease have made me wonder if I should review my long held beliefs. Noting the comments on this BB, it is apparent there are a considerable number of wishful thinkers and greedy personnel. Having just past our 3 year anniversary of my first investment in GGP and on AIM, £560.95 @.37p (19/5/17),. I am increasingly pleased to be one of them. Why? Ggp has a value (a) which will eventually be determined by calculations various at a time when all boundaries etc are known. (a) is exactly the same now, with the SP shown being an irrelevance, as it will be when decided, unless you are only in for the short time and/ or a trader. IMO.

I can understand your protestations though, IMO they would become more acceptable if they were qualified. i.e. SS made an unnecessary error of judgement by doing a and / or b. That would promote discussion supported by any available evidence, but to wander onto this BB (many do without investment and with schadenfreude their sole objective) with their sole evidence of alleged wrongdoing being the SP is, TMM, pitiful. 2ndtimer I fully understand your, and other persons, frustrations. It the first instance, when the majority of whiners invested, Ukog was an exploration company. Thus it was a 'gamble' with many taking the stance that fortune favours the brave without considering the alternative. 'You pays YOUR money and makes YOUR choice. You are fortunate to live in a democracy free to make your own choices; that comes with the responsibility of appreciation that they were YOUR choices. Not being too savy with my little Huawei tablet, I pressed the post message before I had completed my last post. I omitted to add that replies should appreciate, and have regard for, the advantage of hindsight. Thus to Otmetoe, I ask, 'at what point and when should SS have resigned ? (You may explain why if you so wish). To 2ndtimer, 'why should he have, and what was the need for, a placing when the price was 8p?
To those who went for short time gains, (bringing oil well to production is known to be a long haul), and lost money as they sold early; tough luck, to a certain extent I was there as well. However if you feel misled in any way, the Courts will be only too willing to decide if you were legal injured or merely a victim of your own decision(s). Personally, 'We' haven't lost a penny as I have yet to even consider selling, or rather advising my daughter whom I act for to do so, although I admit the PAPER losses might be of concern to those of little faith in their own decisions. IMO, those who continually whine about their losses, imaginary I believe in some instances, they should take stock of their own decisions. One can walk down the road and trip over. Some will blame themselves for being unaware of what they were approaching, others, be!ieve nothing is ever their fault, will look for another to blame. GLA, SS, UU.
