RE: financing SP at and post13 May 2020 12:38
Craigieboy I think if a bid comes it will be within now to production+1 year is the most likely timeframe (so quite a wide timespan but it suits my purposes and my goals are 3 years from now). Much more than a year after production and why would you sell the company, particularly if you are building Phase 2, nickel is high, revenues forever. If you sell past that point you are probably selling because Nickel outlook isn't good, or you are selling at serious premium in which case as shareholders we really don't care because they'd better come with 50p+/sh.
SO production in 2-3 years or sale in 2-3 years with something happening in the meantime with Vermelho (makeweight in sale, or JV) would suit absolutely fine. Something like a 20-40p target at the end of it all. I will need to sell about 1/4 of my holding in 3 years (or smaller % if the SP is really big) to buy a house, after that it's divis all the way if we still own this company. IF we don't own it I don't mind but give me 15p today or more like 20-25p in a couple of years time.
