"Whilst the Company has yet to receive a formal letter of non-acceptance, the MHRA has indicated that it seeks a review by the UK Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Monitoring Authority, or further support, of the non-clinical data submitted as part of the application to approve the clinical study. Sareum and its advisors are seeking additional clarification from the MHRA and will provide an update on next steps for resubmission as soon as possible."
Rush? Most certainly not but with the SP plunging rapidly, now back to where we were nearly 7 years ago, a degree of urgency is beginning to look attractive because the lower we go the more dramatic any news will have to be to get us back to anywhere near reality.
Lazarus
The risk assessment for any company is primarily the quality and consistency of its management.
In this case the company is UK plc: its management resides in Westminster.
On the back of your comprehensive note, I rest my case, distressing as it may be.
Hopefully, Sareum as a totally research oriented entity at present, will be able to avoid the consequences of the flight of capital elsewhere, but if push comes to shove and other Exchanges/markets have to be considered, then hopefully our BoD will be able to adapt accordingly.
We had to go to Oz for better approval/testing facilities: why not financing as well if it becomes necessary?
"At the moment, a monumental news or business event that puts 5x on the price … still doesn’t get the share price to where it should be."
Probably not but hands up all those who would not sell at today's SPx5 on the basis of a bird in the hand rather than the bird in the bush of "where it should be"
Remember Aber.-believe in the science!! Worry not that the SP is now at the same level as nearly 4 years ago despite all the
"good news"
Agree about Parker floundering about at the AGM. All we get is "it was the best option available" but no detailed explanation as to why.
Why should he care- on a cool £58k for a three day week, doing what nobody knows, then if we go up the pictures he will resign and .... off to another Nice Little Earner.
Cynical- you bet your horses I am- fed up, like many others, to the back teeth with endless prevarication, jam tomorrow and appalling IR (email still not working-wonder why) been going on for well over a decade and even the most bullish contributors must be having more than a smidgen of doubt.
Hang on?? Jury still out.
Just FYI I have been trying to ascertain from IR if they intend to investigate the dubious share dealings which decimated the SP a few weeks ago.
"Ho ho" I hear you say "you'll be lucky"
Quite!!! Rather like extracting blood from a stone and treated with Stock Response No 43, repeated parrot fashion, the traditional refuge of those who do not like awkward questions.
I'm afraid it is a symptom of the creeping censorship by self-appointed arbiters of what we say
To Whom it May Concern, heed the words of John Milton in his speech to Parliament of 1644:-
"Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties.”
Shorts run out of fire??
Some very chunky sells this morning which might mean they have not.
I wrote to IR re the blatant manipulation of the SP and received the usual bland response. I did query the contents along the lines of Nero fiddling while Rome burns but have not received any reaction-surprise, surprise
I wonder sometimes what these IR depts actually do.
