Don't expect much from Berkeley: he had no qualms about kicking the medical profession in the teeth despite having lauded them to the skies during Covid, so he won't bother about doing the same to us. Highest taxation regime for 70 years and this from the so called low tax Tory Party.
But the alternative........????
Oiled-up
My car insurance 2023 £287: cheapest this year so far £1,087!!
Memo to Sunak: do you know why we have raging inflation Mr. Prime Minister? Leave the cloistered confines of No.10 and your country estate and get out and about to see at first hand what is happening in the real World.
(PS Thank your lucky stars this ain't France otherwise Whitehall would be full of cows, tractors and howling mobs)
To whom do these belong-TM or the Company. If TM he would be proofed against the company going up the pictures as he could just walk away into a big company with infinite resources leaving the rest of us whistling Dixie.
Aber. £1.50 might seem like a joke but I suspect there may be more than a few LTH who would say ".... it- I've been sodding around with this company for over a decade- I'll still make a decent profit that can be invested in income producing shares"
What might I lose by bailing out-crystal ball gazing"
No-it wasn't an error-now .31 if you want to sell-down 15% (but believe in the science don't forget)
Shares now close to worthless-no wonder the top brass awarded themselves huge pay rises last year- I thought they were a cut above the usual dubious calibre of AIM company directors: just beginning to think otherwise.
It ain't just RF who are shafting us
"....in a market that's resembling a casino these days."
In reality it has been a gambling den ever since "big bang" when the City was deregulated back in 1986, and niceties like
"dictum meum pactum" were thrown out of the window for ever.

In your post of 11th Feb. you stated:-
"A copy of this posting will be sent to IR@sareum.com during the course of next week, to which, I trust I get a reasoned response."
You'll be lucky my Friend. As I posted at the time the IR email system is not working and has been the same for a long time.
Conclusion: IR don't want to have to answer awkward questions As they are uncontactable makes one wonder what exactly they are doing for their money, rather like Parker.
Spot on Potnak!!
Electricians/plumbers/plasterers etc are naming their own price plucked out of the air. The most prevalent cunning wheeze is they quote you £xx for a job and when you enquire how long it will take they say "about 2/2.5 days" which, when brought down to an hourly rate seems reasonable. They then take just over (or under) 1 day making the hourly rate something Sushi Rinak would grab with both hands.
It is rife- my last plumber was charging £330/day + VAT or about £80k pa allowing for 4 weeks in the Bahamas!!
The other NLE is the "call out charge". So, £20 for a replacement ceiling fan: 10 mins to fit it then £60 call out charge.
Memo to the Chancellor: if you want to know some of the root causes of inflation get out into the real world.
Yes David-I'm afraid freedom of speech is under the biggest threat ever from the cancellation/censorship culture and its self-appointed disciples, which when added to an increasing incidence of ignoring communications which ask awkward questions, rife at all levels of government and increasingly in IR Depts, is reducing shareholder/public confidence to an all time low.
Very good summary of where we are in terms of mediocre management PCS but surprised you haven't received any form of vitriolic comment from the owners of this board, especially the one who sounds like a dishwasher liquid.
Good luck with contacting IR- every communication from me over the last few months has come back with "out of order" or similar.
Well Potnak, whatever transpires we need to get a move on. SP down another 7.5% this morning making over 40% in the 28 days since the blip following news of the 737 licensing. News expected "in H1" (other companies work in Q's) which still has over 4 months to go-do the maths if this trend continues!!!
