Fin/RBM, "It will take a major step by Anavio, Richardson, Cowan and Tennyson to return massive value back to the SP to keep them out of a court of law."
If they've broken any laws don't authorities have to prosecute, even if they return value and SH agree not to proceed? Can there be immunity from prosecution in these types of situations? As a LTH I now don't give a brown biscuit for the law, I want money, gimme...
Also involved with DVRG and MSYS, both tanked. He likes a frontman with a good story, is ME any different to Gerard James BRANDON? I will never invest in Aim companies again without first totally satisfying myself on the character of the main decision makers. Bleedin obvious you may say, but not to me on day one!
"In addition, FCA appear to have extended their investigation to include market manipulation via social media influencing."
If social media/Facebook/Cambridge Analytica etc can get Donald Trump elected, then a bit of SP manipulation must surely be child's play?
He also seems to be President and CEO of https://murchisonminerals.ca/leadership-team/ with possibly this email tboisjoli@murchisonminerals.com
I would also email info@murchisonminerals.com as this will involve others in the company and possibly get them asking questions? I also found this email but not sure troy.boisjoli@gmail.com
Maybe they hired Gaffney for his black arts skills??
Question-could assets be worth £1BN plus, whatever, BUT ON CONDITION it is all extracted? Could the small print have allowed for weasling? Have there been technical issues on extraction (horizontal wells, Govt land...?), hence low production? I've emailed a couple of oil journalists who've written about Wyoming, asking how the drilling is going and what local bars do oil workers hang out in, but no response. (I'm a LTH average 5p, only read sensible posts).
Hi pkwendall, what does the chart say, is there a summary/notes somewhere? Are all of them in the con?
Here's the link again https://www.marketscreener.com/insider/THOMAS-RICHARDSON-A1QCEE/network/
" the 2 most corrupt countries in the world are the US and the UK by far!" My dear boy, the UK does it ever so politely, the Ahhss being shafted doesn't feel a thing!
Weren't there comments after the find on whether it could actually be extracted, given most of it is on Govt land? It might with horizontal wells but maybe these didn't work, hence lack of progress updates?
Thanks Finwittrader, you've raised my hope levels a couple of notches. But:
1 How to confirm a JV ever existed, given that Copl RNSs are worthless, maybe part of con PR?
2 Shouldn't Canadian authorities also be involved, they might be more efficient than ours and 2 better than one?
3 Details cause anxiety-like no news from our new CEO, recent RNS from TR, an ex BOD, no local news/gossip in Wyoming...
1 Why is RS report still secret after 2 years? "IF" correct then we have a multi £M asset to borrow against, if not then we have a massive con. (My view is if oil there, it's not commercially extractable, so a con job).
2 FCA investigation, are they really doing anything? They tend to just kick the can down the street until it's time to pass the port, then go home. When have they ever done anything?
3 Kravitz is an insolvency person, slash and burn, generate lots of fees, tick the box, move on. No hope for PIs.
4 What happens if AM and friends found guilty but all their assets are owned by "something" else?
My hope springs eternal but....
TIA1,
What happened to your earlier post this morning, at 06.?? seems to have been deleted, ref TR? Can you repost?
I'ved emailed canadian SE ref TR's address lapse, let's see what happens.
Copse Stile House, Spring Lane, Aston Tirrold, Oxfordshire OX11 9EJ. But sold in July 2023, 7 months ago! For £3.25M...
"Toscafund Asset Management LLP have dumped all their shares..." That's correct, done on 7th, notified Copl 9th, posted on Interactive Investor today. Does anyone know what it might mean?
There may be 1Bn barrels but is it economically recoverable??? That has never been answered. Maybe BOD knew it wasn't so huffed and puffed for 2 years on doubled salaries? AND RYDER SCOTT went along with the fraud by remaining silent. Doesn't this make them complicit?
I tend to agree with Smalltrader. "Recovery" people are basically insolvency people, hired to recover debts and pay themselves lots of fees. Getting a company back to going concern status is down the list, amongst the also rans. It's now a feeding trough party, PIs not invited.
1 In America pork barrel politics is when a locality and its representative "benefit" from govt "directed" funding. It's strange we haven't heard from Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon, since he was jumping up and down about the importance of Copl.
2 It's strange that Ryder Scott have remained silent about their report after 2 years. Could their silence have contributed in any way to the SP plunge and therefore could they be liable for some responsibility?
3 If Exxon was indeed the JV partner, it's interesting that so many directors at RS have worked there.
4 Maybe there's no oil or it's too difficult to get out (why RS report suppressed), so various parties arranged a financial scam? Make money over 2 years then wind things up and bury the evidence?
Ref Exemption from policy 4, Stas 20, I think your summary is spot on " all news flow from the company now is blatant in its desire to keep as much information away from shareholders as it can for as long as it can to ensure it has as free a hand as possible and as little time for shareholders to react...company now publicly showing it has every intention of ignoring shareholder interests....." Latest RNS asking for "context" a good example.
I'm open to Smalltrader's idea of SH funding but surely the RS report needs to be published, particularly as it's now old. Isn't it material information and therefore needs to be made available for any fund raise?
