Actually my query was answered a few posts earler by SteveV
Why are some saying a consolidation means dilution? If AM decides to later use the high SP to carry on in charge and live off ongoing placings, then yes, but this is two steps? A consolidation in itself doesn't mean dilution does it? I'm a LTH and not into ramping/deramping
"DVRG impacting here as well by association?" More than just association, hasn't GB now moved over to Msys? What impact will the spotty leopard have here and how can anything be believed anyway?
baserite,
In essence AM seems to be slowly transferring the 1bn barrel asset, from company to his "affilates"...?
Company is back to being a going concern for at least a year with funds to increase production, plus the RBL and JV are closer, yet SP doesn't react! My fear is an "inner group" to take it private. The BH has 15-20%, the new II has ?%, AM has ?%, plus one or two others to get 51% plus? Leaving PIs with a small premium to current SP? Is this scenario possible or me misunderstanding things or paranoia? What % SH do PIs hold? I'm a LTH not into ramping/deramping.
I'm sure we're sitting on a "goldmine" and that AM will deliver; what I'm not sure of is how much of the cake we will enjoy? BODS and IIs tend to look on PIs as something their shoe picks up while out walking the dog, so will we get fair reward or left over crumbs? For what it's worth I'm a LTH and just bought some more, average is now 13p!!!! Sums things up, praying to Lady Luck... :-) :-)
Is AM the old dear living in a country castle, asset rich cash poor, lost her marbles and can't feed the cat. Or will he deliver? What's his record in say the last 5 years, not for him or IIs, but for PIs?
Could there be a T/O on the cheap; given the low SP, a group could build a sizeable stake then T/O? This is not a deramp but a concern about the low SP. I'm hoping you all give lots of reasons why it's 100% unlikely...?
Ah yes, that's right. However 1.3bn shares at 0.15 is going to be a bit of a drag. I'm a LTH who exited at 0.56, at a loss and now wondering whether to re-enter, so I can feel the pain once again.... :-)
Maths is not my strong suit but current MC is 1.3bn shares at say 0.16. Will new MC be roughly £3.5m (existing £2m MC plus new £1.5m), with 4bn shares (the existing 1.3bn, plus 1.3bn new, plus 1.3bn new warrants). So new SP will be roughly £3.5m divided by 4bn, which is, ehrr.. 0.0875?? Cash in bank is not really part of MC but does this back of *** packet give rough idea of new SP come March, or is it way off? Thanks for any thoughts.
Perhaps I'm a Chat AI... :-) :-)
Who can tell what is real online anymore but one thing is for sure. We can all have our own thoughts/interpretations, but we can't all have our own facts regarding the real world.
Pokerchips,
Looking at the speed of your posts, bad grammar, bad comprehension, bad logic and lack of anything sensible to say, I sense you're one of these new Chat AI bots we're reading about. The ones some students use to pass exams. Apparently they can look quite realistic at a superfial level..... Go on, tell us how you've just made another £11k... :-)
Don't forget he also doubled his salary, cos he deserves it and his mate Frederico's, who then left with a nice package. I said ages ago he was just an enormous A Whole and when did an A whole employ good people, they only employ sycophants and incompetents who won't show them up! I remember thinking what a cretin Hau was, remember her comment during Covid, "staff can't wait to return to the mother ship..." And she was in charge of PR!! Now COO??!!
Unfortunately I stayed in, hoping...afraid to crystallise the loss, woe is me. I'm the guy at the end of the bar, nursing his drink until closing time, might as well......
As SP hits 52 week low more hot air balloons are spotted. CIA claim it's China trying to hack into Bids sales figures. Chinese say there are no sales figures and denounce this as a plot, imperialist propaganda designed to upset all peace loving people.
Not even Numpty Drumpty (ceo) and lawyer Charlie Stewpot (chairman) could misunderstand the phrase external reseller exclusive, surely? Could it be more to do with territory, exclusive to Europe only or worldwide?
"both top law firms"
Chairman Donald Stewart is ex partner at Pinsent Masons and Lewis Silkin, both top firms, so he must have looked at Azerion deal, given its importance (a plus). But then he was involved with Fitbug which became Bidstack and he's been a Draper team player for the last 4/5 years (big minus). Bidstack in January, gawd I feel miserable...
Hi,
MOS invested £250k in Gfin at 30p, March time, so down about £200k. They talk of having enough cash etc but £200k sounds a lot for a company this size? What do you think a loss of hard cash like will do, to the balance sheet and SP? Any thoughts appreciated.
If the revenue figures are no good again but he smothers them with BS, how to actually give him the boot? Bad leaders never hire anyone who is better than they are and I'm guessing the IIs are in it for the periodic profit churn? I'd love to know how to get rid of him?
I'm confused; announcing deals with extreme fighting and an individual golfer during the world's largest, month long football competition is asking to be smirked at and shows a low awareness of how "presentation/PR/consumer engagement" works. Why not announce them AFTER the WC anyway, given their lack of relevance? If we have a plan I'm not sure objectives have been prioritised. SP has fallen 30% in last month, whereas we all thought WC meant a rise. Ehrr, mmm...
