I can't understand the chaos; a few months ago glory days full of deals and loan was not death spiral/unreasonable, now the pits and why? The only sensible thing I can think of is the revenue isn't coming in as promised?

Am I missing something? At the beginning of the presentation https://youtu.be/PcsFNvjurpg?t=186 GB says "it's just a loan at 17%, with normal rates about 10%, no shares involved, not a death spiral loan" So what's changed in the last few months, that they couldn't possibly have forseen? The only thing I can think of is the money they expected ain't come/coming in? Bad credit control?

More to the point, can you find out any info on our new appointment Camila Franklin? Anyone's CV looks good on paper even mine, but what's the inside "noise" on her, does she deliver revenue? She might just be another "chief" persuaded by a large chunk of our recent placing dosh. Any info much appreciated and ignore the curry sprayers...

is Camillus Glover (Linkedin), what's his role in all this? Won't he have been one of the mechanics on the Lender deal and now the equity roadshow, which doesn't bode well. Doesn't he have to go?

Loan taken in March and "in talks with the Lenders for some time" So must have realised very quickly/from day one figures didn't stack up. Incredibly bad management.

I agree, a lender shorting the company it lent to does sound odd but why is Helium constantly selling? Surely they could make a load more not selling so obviously?
