Is on the BOD of DVRG which is going down the pan, old ceo gone and NB is now ceo. Looks remarkably similar to MOS, will NB replace ME as ceo? What's NB's game plan, I wonder?

Given their inept performance so far on the cash side, how to tell if the BOD did a good deal for SH with the latest £10M raise? Or that they recruit people who are good in reality, not just on paper? Aren't we all promoted to our personal level of inefficiency, eg last CFO? Maybe any new BOD member should be paid with options in lieu of salary, that will focus the mind!

Excuse my possible ignorance but what aces does AM hold to stop an oil company getting 51% and simply doing a T/O? Bondholders would simply convert at the higher SP, making more money? Why does an oil company have to bother with AM or JV?

I'm a holder since 2021 and want lotsa money. Don't listen to rampers/derampers.
I have a simply maths/business query about people saying SP could go to £5-£14. Present SP is 15p, what % of SH would accept an offer of say 60p? What price to get 51% accepting offer, maybe 6 x current SP? That would cost oil company £240M and they would get whole cake. Simple maths says AM must have good bargaining aces in his hand, do you know what they are? Does an oil company HAVE to do a JV or can it just buy the whole cake?

Present M/C is £40M so what's to stop a big oil company forcing through a T/O for £100M-£150M? Can someone please tell me what leverage AM has to stop this? Also what are his strong cards in any JV negotiation to get a good deal (apart from simply saying no deal and carrying on as we are, trying to increase production, new RBL etc)? Thanks.

I'm confused dot com. DVRG have cash flow problems but they do have genuine products and do have valid contracts as per the RNSs? Or don't they?

If the "claimed" contracts/proposals to date are valid then hopefully it's just a question of getting the lolly in, good credit control. Fingers crossed.

A JV sounds like it might be a good idea but why sell anything with £10M in the bank?

So insiders/MMs etc happy to hold and then buy after news hits the market, interesting. Given good news expected Oct then Nov/Dec, I'd have thought an uptick, to which level dependent on how definite the news was. Hence my query.

Whenever there's good or bad news all "the insiders" know and SP moves prior to RNS. Here it's the opposite, SP drifts, so insiders must still be wary.
If any T/O is delayed to April then the highest 12 month price would be around 20p, so who do we think is driving the T/O?
Could Art be paid with lots of "bonuses" in addition to his share holding, so for him the latter becomes less relevant?
Maybe the same logic could apply to a JV?
I'm not sure what's going on but I'm beginning to think "dirty", why does SP continue to drift? That's the problem with an itch, you start thinking all sorts of things...

As I understand it the current SP has already factored in the 4/1 dilution, it being previously 10p whatever. It could drop/rise after the new shares hit the market.
