1 Sold their shares just before SP fell, both at the same time, bleating about needing money!
2 Now double their salary in an ongoing loss making situation, which business book did that come out of? The only reason I can think of is they know Bids is going down the pan and they know they can milk a few more fund raises with their mates, so make hay for next two years or so while slowly sinking. What's not to like, for them??
Question-can any ramper/de-ramper explain the business logic of doubling their salary, given that everyone else at Bids will now want pay rises?

of the football season, time to review win ratio of posts. In eyecatching red we have the Logics Team with players like Helx and Girdz, showing a very respectable 67% correct prediction/sensible post on the FIFA checkometer. In drab grey we have the Nutties team, captained by Malaika 22, showing an awful minus score of -367%, unbelievable! But down to the number of own goals and having so many players sent off for playing like rubbish bins. Roll on, roll on, new season tickets now on sale.

The SP has been on a downward trend for 6 months, 46%, could this be part of the buyout strategy? Hope not!!!

There's 828M .5p warrants expiring in April and they won't be taken up if the SP remains below .5? So the new 400M .6p warrants are not in addition but a replacement so to speak, is this correct?

My comment ref Media Awards was tongue in cheek, based on irritation at the ongoing announcements which waffle on about "progress" but never, ever, ever give any details. Lots of noise but no substance and after a while hot air becomes irritating. Why does Bids always look like they're hiding something? That's the bullock grinder...

These awards mean Jack S, just a bit of mutual massaging of fragile Ad/PR egos, it's a game. Show me the revenue figures, definite Bids ads especially where clients have repeated etc etc, real world stuff.

Is Tradeflow definitely part of Syme and do all it's revenues go to Syme, do we know what know what revenue it has? Smells of cross border smoke and mirrors where no-one knows what the 3 "Del Boys" are up to.
Doesn't a Plc have a duty to reveal the name of it's advisors, seems odd? Why the need for secrecy anyway? Are there any corporate accountants/lawyers out there?

Why does Bids RNS a deal with a Russian Malta based 9 month old baby, but stay silent on deals with "EA,Sega,Take Two,Ubisoft,Turborilla,Codemasters,,Wild Life,Nordeus,Miniclip,Illusion Labs,Playgendary,Steel City,Sports Interactive etc". Only sensible answers please, genuine attempts to explain the commercial logic. And please, no more "NDA" drivel :-)

Good point; if we think a T/O is imminent why aren't cheap shares being hoovered up, seems odd? Especially with rising energy prices?

I will however accept Azerion have good tech expertise but it doesn't follow Bids have. Don't forget JD does like to empire build and dispense fancy job titles, how many have left? How do you know the Coca Cola ads aren't testers/freebies? Will the SP get "excited" then droop, enabling a few in the know to make a bit of dosh? Etc etc, I can't be arrrsssxxd to go on, suffice to say things ain't rosy and coins always have two sides, different viewpoints.

Companies often run a tester first, see if something works then decide; this could Coca Cola, bit of initial research. I'm not technical but is there some way of technically searching Azerion games using Bids ID, Coca Cola ID, parts a+d, URL, codes, cookies etc to find Coca Cola ads elsewhere? This would probably confirm they are running a campaign as opposed to a tester, big difference. What do you think?
