Bids has highest number of employees and lowest revenue compared to competitors, loadsa employees to feed his ego? Why does he need a non producing empire at this early stage?

I agree Indiscipline, JD is not a Plc CEO. The idea is a good one and has investor appeal, which means JD and buddies can milk the goose for 1-2 more years but SP won't take off. I'm also invested in Gfin and comparing their CEO to JD is like, well, comparing Rolls to Ford Escort.

About 4 foot 6, give or take a SP? But not sure.

A good post, that's what I was thinking. Company announcements have always been a little "cloudy". Everyone can have their own opinions but not everyone can have their own facts, "facts is facts". Bit too much arx2 spraying mayhem going on at the moment.

A good CEO like JC wouldn't respond simply to satisfy a tipster, but do agree with your sentiment. It was a rehash of old and not sure why JC did it.

This has happened before, back in May 2020 AGM JD droned on about "“In the meantime the Board remains focused on careful management of the company's existing cash resources and expected trading and non-trading cash receipts as it continues to grow the business." Then he goes on a hiring binge and looks for more non trading lolly!
Is there an accountant in the house who knows what these mysterious non trading "things" are and more importantly the implications? Why no detail to illuminate?

Thanks for that, I'm never quite sure who does what at Bids but DW came across as an able person. JD used to be a space(advertising) salesman and like all sales people always has a nice pipeline of impeding deals in his pocket, dropping tomorrow. Sales people don't make good CEOs and JD gave off a funny smell for me on day one, but I ignored it. I'm a LTH average 16p.
I also got into Gfin at 4p after they had a big clear out last year, new CEO, cut costs etc, which is what Bids needs.

1.Easy to hire people and empire build, do we know how good they were at their previous jobs and why they left? Names like WPP can all look good during interview BS and will certainly impress JD.
2. Why so many staff? I'm also in GFIN which is far better managed.
3. With JD in the driving seat Bids will continue to run like doodoo.
4. Where would we have been without large non tradeable chunk of dosh in Jan? And why in Jan, last minute, looks desperate?
5.Derek Wise left because he couldn't get on with JD, which means people left are JD people, which means...?

That makes Crowe's sign-off a much bigger deal. If you're an accountnt/auditor, will they have to express a view on whether they agree .the 'true sale' concept is valid ? That would be a major +ve. Related : how close a look at the assumptions and execution of the business plan would the auditor normally take ?
I for one was hoping for some factual answers to your good questions. The Crowe sign-off seems hugely signicant. Squueeeky bxm time I think.

Gfin have been in "discussions" with who knows whom and about who knows what. This formal period ends on the 15th and I'm curious to know what happens, if nothing happened during the discussions. Will the SP be affected?

If there's a deal/news for the 15th then SP will rise, if not then presumably SP will drop? Can the 15th pass without any news/effect on SP?

I'm not sure what all this means. If he's reducing a long position doesn't that mean he's not so sure about future price rising? Is it possible to know what price he bought and sold this lot at?

For quite a while now daily Buys exceed Sells yet price continues downwards, can someone please explain or have opinion? Thanks
