My negative ones:-
1. With offline advertising, TV/Press/Radio etc, everyone knows who’s spending where and how much, no big deal and the same must apply to online/digital advertising. Talk of NDAs and need for secrecy is meaningless. Why should brand X give a monkey’s if brand Y knows it’s spending a £1m, any price benefit will be very short term. So why is Bidstack always so secretive?
2. Do we know what % of shares are held by PIs? Directors and Herald seem to own about 20% who owns the rest?
3. The concept certainly has ongoing sizzle appeal and if PIs own the bulk of shares presumably we can be manipulated by insiders for repeat profit taking? Are we in that old 3 card chase the lady trick, with insiders pulling our plonkers? If I was an “insider” whether the revenue model worked or not and I knew there was mass PI interest, I’d get involved and churn the deals to get repeat profit. Is this what’s happening?
4. JD is an AH, which means the people around him must be AHs, who’s going to work for an AH unless they’re also AHs, simple logic?
5. “Investors would have lost money in 72% of all the companies ever to have listed on Aim…” yeh but this one is different….
My positives:-
• Would respected companies have teamed up? (maybe, if it’s not costing them anything).
• Would new employees join a sinking ship (maybe, depends where they came from)
• Ehr…
Lockdown, Bids…boy, things can only get…?
