Thank you for your sound, logical posts and jeez, what a lot of vitriol spouted by the hot air balloons, the result of a simple question, definitely an "edgy" crowd.
To clarify a couple of points, it must be a good idea for SH to discuss good questions to put to a BOD, 2 minds better than one etc. Simple good sense. Secondly, I'm invested in Syme, Gfin and Bids.

You've made some very good posts, are you asking any questions at the AGM on 30th July? I'm going to so maybe we could co-ordinate some? My issues are whether the accounting principles involved have all been accepted by the regulatory authorities; whether the technology has been tested to shxt and definitely works; where the valuations based on any publicly available information; what revenue has been generated so far Jan-June 2021. Do these sound like reasonable questions from a SH, should a Board be able to answer given time to prepare? (Is any of this info already out there, if so where?). Derampers etc, save your ink.

About how great the gaming market is are beginning to get up my nose. How many other CEOs, COOs, NODs, NIDs, SIDs, SODs, or SPUDs of new "disrupting" companies, looking for revenue, are wasting their time on this drivel? Any comments on an RNS before say at least 11am must carry little thought and therefore be flim-flam (this one is timed at 11.03am). Ages ago I looked up SYME's UK address and it was in Waterloo station, so I looked up their Italian office and it was a photocopier shop. So telephoned their PR company and the bloke said Google often get their location pin wrong, which is true. So I said email me a photo of their real office, an easy thing to do to please a SH. Still waiting.
Unfortunately I'd put the buying before the research so since then I've had my two cheeks crossed in hope. Which is probably the same for many on this BS, oops sorry, typo, should read BB. But I am beginning to feel better about my unresearched, casino style punt, that I won’t lose money in the short term. Whether we make long term, not sure, continuous to look fluffy.

Good post and echoes my LT concerns about technical viability. The advertising business is an open market place, everyone knows what's going on, what works and everyone's got a big gob (I used to work in it). So the idea that things are being kept secret/NDAs/etc etc is ludicrous, there's no real news because technically there's a problem. And JDramper's presence simply compounds the problem. Now cometh the wafflers, hot air makers, factless megaphones... You gotta laugh...if it wasn't so sad...

Negma could just be the plaything of an Arab prince from Knightsbridge, to go with the Ferrari, set up by an uncle from Dubai, or it could be a key. Katherine Hays...! Has anyone seen or heard anything? I'm hoping she did due diligence and joined for good long term reasons, not just to turn a quick buck in the next few months then move on.

More pointless PR drivel from Lisa Hau. "As covid eases work-force very keen to return to the mother ship"...gimme a break, it's breath-taking in it's blandness. Why is a COO/IR expert/Accountant spending time on a "leadership talk" blog, instead of spending that time helping to generate revenue. Particularly as the "mother ship" ain't doing too well. My gut feel is she's no good, posh sounding CV but periodically found out and moved on. Why no news about Katherine Hays, a possible light in the tunnel?

This article is PR drivel, to "enhance" LH's public profile. The main focus of the interview was STEM (women in industry, HR issues etc), all commendable stuff but not for a company with dire finance issues. Why not get revenue in then talk the good talk, like Bill Gates etc did?
Out of all the people in the world she would like to meet it's not a customer with a nice big juicy wallet, but Katherine Hays, strategic adviser to Bids! So they can talk about Bids!! Two people in the same company!!! This is an "IR expert", now "a COO" of Bids. This year we've had a new website and a bit of PR for LH, it's like they're going through a school manual for marketing, starting on page one. Only 234 pages to go....

We need to drape a curtain over Draper (awful I know, sorry, too much sun). Maybe Katherine Hays (hired as Strategic Adviser) is not just another fancy business card with a posh sounding CV, but will actually pull her finger out and acheive something, which no-one else has managed so far. The problem is everyone knows Draper has to go but he stays, how will it end?
