Finally out of PLUS at £6 profit after costs, with a limit sell at 1300p.

Sold NCYT at a small loss last week to get rid of it and get some cash back!

We own, develop and manage warehouse and industrial properties for our customers in the UK and Continental Europe.

T - To copy/paste with your laptop trackpad thingy, probably press the thing you use for a left mouse click and hold it down, swipe across the trackpad to highlight the address or words, then CTRL-C to copy.

There was chat on the OCDO board with people owning shares in Segro as well as OCDO.
Their web site says :

T - to copy and paste a link into a message here:

Go the the web page with the link. Put mouse pointer at the beginning of the link; Holding left mouse button, move mouse so the whole link is highlighted.
Either press CTRL-C on the keyboard to copy, OR click right mouse to bring up the context menu and select COPY to copy the link.

Open new message here and where you want the link press CTRL-V to paste, or right Click mouse for menu and select paste.

If it's a web site / web page you want to go to then look at the address bar at the top of Explorer / Google Chrome or other browser, left click on the address so it all highlights, then do as before to copy the link.

HL charts OK, once they come on line at 8:15 ( although live prices from open ) but just showing CCL at 1425 sell ... think it's something to do with auction of shares?

Pleased I held on to the shares yesterday and didn't sell at a loss.

If i had sold CCL - after the 1250p spike at 11:00 which I watched hoping for continued rise, probably when they got into the 11's in a "panic", then I wouldn't have bought back in as they fell even though it would have been quite a few more shares as I expected them to keep falling - the Treacle view of number of shares NOT the price/value would avoid my quandary - and the rise on open today was so quick and as stated hard to get a trade, I would have ended up buying back in somewhere around 1250. So a loss and less shares than sold!
Double whammy, and it would annoy me all day!

That's my mindset, need to work on it on the odd market days.
Also get better at spotting onward trend up or down AND spikes/shares.
( The BBC finance lady on the news last night referred to market shakes! )

Morning all, good turn out today!!

My portfolio is still red ( apart from GGP - a hold for me ) but recovered a couple of % this morning.... still down a couple of doors and a home charger...
OCDO is not delivering ( sorry! ) but CCL seem to be floating my boat, and PLUS and FEVR seem to be recovering quite well.
Leisure shares not moving much but CINE coming back a bit, JDW and Marstons not so much.

T - sam the rise on CCL, hoped it would continue!
Since I am in CCL at 1485 it's quite a hit to take, although it's about 1200 now so I would have saved 50p a share if I sold around 11am @1250 and bought back now.

Yep, been quiet as shellshocked at the market !

Last weeks' profits erased, but as not sold the loss is not realised and I'll wait for the rise ... unless a second fall occurs. When I may have to sell.
Not a good idea to stock up this week after selling up last week, even as prices were falling back to previous levels, as they kept on falling..... so quite big negatives at the moment.
Spikes and shakes .. not seen many yet, and with my luck I'll sell at a loss and the price will rise !!! I know the theory just need to get better at it!

Is the CCL drop down to USA financials ?? Not seen any other news / RNS today.

CCL down a lot, worth a buy if any one fancies ... I'min a t 1480 so well down now!

The HL Stocks & Share ISA was set up this week, and finally received the transfer from my other cash ISA. So now I can play the markets again!

So in CCL but a bit late/early @ 1480, and MCRO at 485.

Both moving up but still red on CCL right now!

T - I've just watched today, don't want to sell on a loss just to try and trade, the price will recover this week I feel.
ASC was again volatile and as you said, and I was watching, could have done well on it today as most previous days recently.
But I have little spare cash as I bought into OCDO, CINE and FEVR on the falllast week / yesterday, JDW and MARS on the rise before the fall, and the experimental shares Novacyt and Plus fell flat!

I'll stick with the tired and trusted few shares when I cash out these.

Awaiting HL ISA money, it's gone from my previous provider so on it's way to HL , so I can trade!!

Quiet morning, watchi8ng the red awaiting for any signs!
A number of companies have announcements / interim results in June so perhaps that may kick the market up a bit?

Suggestion that pubs etc. may open 22 June outdoors.....

T - Rocka is a bit of a long term holder legend on the OCDO board as I guess you know, well respected views.

R - I made 1 sale on CINE and bought 2 - JDW and MARS which were both initially up ... then fell back! Waiting on the long ( this week ) game there !.

S said don't mention Plus ( or as we call it, Minus! ). So I won't. Don't hold MRW so no problem there. Nor Greggs.

M - I'll have some beetroot! Read the advice here, and make your own mind up on whether to follow or not. As you see ALL of us here make mistakes. So don't just follow it, DYOR and go by your strategy and gut!

If in doubt, do nowt!
