Morning all, dull up here.

Fund p/f up a few % due to rise in SNG and ARB, main profit in GGP still restrained! £13 up on SYME in ISA p/f, else quite a bit down still since a couple of months ago, a few shares ( NCYT ) to blame there.

I often had message on the chart or watchlist page or p/f page on HL - maximum concurrent connections exceeded - thought it was as I had 7-8 HL windows open with charts for several shares, watchlist, p/f etc. Saw on main HL p/f screen this am that they are aware of lack of live prices on "a small number of stocks". Bah!
Not tried other broker onlone p/forms so likely to stick, especially with the issues transferring posted on here! And as a number of my shares are well down, a sell and rebuy would crystallise the losses as well as costs, stamp etc.!!

O/H gets 2nd jab tomorrow ( was contacted couple of weeks ago and told she could bring it forward, had to cancel and rebook... no jab slots earlier than the one cancelled for early June!! Several irate telephone calls later managed to get one for this Saturday, a whole 6 days earlier, but a lot further away!!!
Mine is next Thurs.

T - Thanks re: SNG, I am in at 180and 220 so a bit more needed ..... sounds closer with the results drip feeding out.

Re: people returning / coming into UK from India refusing to quarantine, I thought border control were going to frog march them to the covid hotels and have guards on all exits? And for home quarantine to "knock" on doors!

ARB another announcement about joining a bitcoin society, that listing soon perhaps, hope the chartist is correct!

7% profit on MARS today then, not too bad!

So, SNG is good against Kent and SA variants of Covid virus. That's why the rise today! And full trials results are still to come ( at home and Active II, and phase III ).

That explains the rise...

Watching the "recovery stocks" as things reopen.... got stung last year with the sudden June/July falls ... CINE, MARS, JDW, MAB all down, MAB recovered a bit... wondering if they open and no one goes ... or Indian variant scares people, or delay in unlockdown 3 in June .... could be a repeat of 2020 mid year!

Still, SYME dropped to under my sell price so ought some back, and a few MARS too!

Looks like most things are down, so as T said may be a bargain or too! Waiting on ABDX and SYMS to drop a bit more then may buy back in.

M - Was the Carvery served as before in a queue at the food bench, or delivered to the tale?
Was in MAB, MARS, JDW last year, bit slow movers until they dropped then slow climbers, so I bailed at a loss. Much better looking now, but are they at a high? MAB say losses widen 6 months to mid April. SO you may have got a good price, might join you ( or MARS ).

I see you are all hale and hearty, and looking busy!

Warm bright and sunny here today.
Mixed weekend / week so far. Had the USA villa for August cancelled on us ... owner had few 2-3 week visitors so has let it out for 2 x 6 months to local ( in USA ) people ... so can't fit us in.
Deposit returned. After frantic weekend now found villa with availability and booked! A lot were being naughty and saying no refunds if cancelled even if govt won't allow flying! We avoided those! SO lets hope USA allows UK peeps in, and UK lets us out!!!

Out yesterday, treating the carto a 4 wheel alignment ( needed after the council kindly dug up the main road! ) which went well and another good contact for future work.

Sharewise - still well down, and no recent trades as the SYME and ABDX I sold have kept on going up, ODX hasn't gone up, SNG and NCYT ... don't ask!
Huge spread on ABDX still, makes it hard / risky to trade as needs huge rise to cover the buy cost.

Well one on 2nd jabs, I am due early June too, but wary of cancelling just to try and get an earlier date, in case can't!!

So profit, but p/f down with longer term holders - SNG, GGP, NCYT being a pain!.

T - maybe you need to see a physiotherapist? When I slipped / herniated 2 discs in neck-to shoulder region about 10 years ago it was absolute agony as I had the nerve trapped so it was firing pain all the times.

Taking a flyer, sold SYME @ .413 for a 8.5% profit. Will buy back in if/when they fall ...

Afternoon all,
I've kept an on here, while doing stuff - mow and strim lawns, post office etc. Nice and warm and sunny here today.

My million shares in SYME are up 5.5%, which is nice. The BB expects RNS Monday and big rise ... but I've been caught out like that before!

ODX flat for me .... and looks like I missed the ABDX rocket after I sold at 63.5 .. waited for 60p or less to buy back in, and now they are up to 67/71. Seems a usual large spread, 4+p on a 60p share!

Another good note from GGP and little movement.

I watched my red waterfall in my p/f today, only bought back into ODX when it fell further to double my holding - was £17.67 up at one point!!! ABDX not dropped enough yet for me to buy back in, tempted with NCYT but got enough already.

ASC looked interesting buy out of cash for that price share.

Hope you all had a reasonable day, recovering losses in the afternoon?
