Looks like it has been raining here overnight, bit dull and chilly right now.

NCYT still on the up, if I had held 24 hours longer I could have doubled my profit there! I was looking to buy back in if they went below 500 again, but hey ho.
Took some ODX at 69p instead on the drop first thing ( limit buy ) - could not get a live buy yesterday afternoon on HL. SO they are down a bit, some bad feeling going around on the BB, but do seem likely to rise. Usually about 10-15% trading range over a few days so let's see.

Chart and short video for both GGP and NCYT amongst others ( AVCT >> )

So both GGP and NCYT need to break out of the "micro climate consolidation" area. GGP between 19-24p.
GGP has resistance at around 24p, but then should see a good rise.
NCYT similar but needs to break out of consolidation but has found support at previous resistance level around 440. Bullish,

Hope that makes sense?

The chart seems to show all being well, at the end of the day ( !! ) NCYT could regain the £12 + range!

NCYT hit over 516 just now, back to 509.

Sold my NCYT at 510.5 for over 10% profit.
Maybe a little early on volume and buys, test for Indian variant soon available, Fance going mad for it ... but I often get greedy and wait to watch them fall ( like this morning, saw near 500 then by time I had checked for RNS and read the board, back to 488! )

I know there are more NCM results ( GGP JV ) due next Wednesday, but sold a 19p trading batch of GGP at 23.65. Nice 22% profit. Was kicking myself earlier in the week when I didn't sell at 23.7!!

Now lets get NCYT over the 460's!!!

Back to staining the fence / shed!

Watching Bloomberg last night, looked like US and Asia markets may fall as worried about Biden's intent to double capital gains tax on investors / wealthy investors.

Also bitcoin falling on same rumour!

Well, was watching GGP slide nicely after the Juri JV drilling RNS, and ARB sitting at 200. Expected more so didn't sell, both down a bit now!

Ohh well!

Had a man in this morning to adjust the patio doors ( Sorry S ! ).

I mentioned I ordered fresh from the farm cheeses from Butlers Farmhouse Cheese last weekend. It came midweek, and it's been sampled and found very good!
I picked 3 different Lancashire's, 2 blue, 1 goats, a Red Leicester and a Gloucester, and probably another 1 or 2. Delivery free for >£30 order. Will use them again! Prices are good too, certainly no more than supermarket deli counter cheeses.

OH has pinched most of the Leicester and Gloucester for work butties!

Have the markets recovered as the football silly season seems to be over - most / all 6 UK clubs have pulled out of the (not so ) super euro league!

Nice to see ARB up 16% to near 170, I have some at 180 and 220 ....

Covid - yes, Tokyo wants big lockdown, Olympics in 3 months ... not likely in my opinion. India getting worse and somehow 80+ cases appeared in London .. now India on the red travel list. J & J jab still being hounded even though EMA say bad outcomes far outweighed by benefits ( same as Ox-AZ ). But J&J not yet approved here, we have enough stock to do all 2nd jabs and all over 40 by end July?

Interesting to see UK rates of covid haven't gone up after schools back in after Easter ( and from earlier openings ), and from easing restrictions last week ... that latter should show up this week I guess.

Yesterdays Govt show, Boris want's a new anti-viral task force to find a quick fix pill etc. for when you test positive ... better tell him about SNG001 from SNG !!!

Just watching the prices, GGP down a little, NCYT slighly moving flat after a fall, ARB bobbing near 215/220.

M - I am not that good at building type stuff ( give me a car / engine / computer and I'm your guy! ) so I worked on the principal I can get paid well for work I do well, so why not pay some one to do what they do well ... we both win ( I get a better job done and they get paid! ) and the money comes from my job so doesn't "really" cost me .... although I got paid if I was on leave anyway so not as though I lost pay if I was off doing some building!!
And now I'm even leaving car stuff to specialist garages!
Still do the mowing / scarifying/hedge trimming / jet washing flags, car washing etc.

C - Quick reprise - I was trading Cine when it was 40-50p ... 5/10/20 from my records... I had set a stop loss at 39p as there was rumoured to be news .. likely bad ( forgot what! More debt or delayed opening, pulling out of buying a USA chain or similar). So at open I logged on and found that at 8:02 HL had sold my CINE for 16p !!! The stop loss at 39 was ignored as the SP fell so sharply on open. Lost about 70% on stake in CINE,. First and last time I used a stop loss!!! A limit sell, OK so far!

S - go on then, have a glass of Rioja, but just the Aldi stuff!
