Re the BOD rarely helping out on the PR front this is very true. I feel that it's down to the fact they are top scientists in their field and have until recently run the company as a research lab funded by us long term shareholders sharing a vision to cure cancer. Redmile and Vulps have reset the goal posts. Their investment has transformed the "research lab" into a clinical biotechnology company and in my opinion both guided and strengthened the workforce.
I share your opinion Keiny, if it wasn't for Redmile I was no longer willing to fund the "research lab " . I could have donated to Cancer UK... however I saw this as an investment and in a selfish note... to have a return on my investment. This is how I see Redmile/ Vulps.. they are in it for a return.
As shareholders we will get the opportunity to exit when they do be it 50p.. £1 or the golden £8 .

Yardstick, I think everything has been said by the loyal long term holders. Great company with explosive growth potential, and first trial results for Covidity ??? just weeks away. To all potential investors have a look at the SCANCELL Web page....amazing company.

Roses, very true and Scancell has come along way especially over the last 2 years. I was just hoping to break the 19/21 range this side of positive results following our mention in the press .

Shame to see the momentum fizzle out ..roll on some positive RNS's re Modi1 and/ or Covidity..

I was certainly expecting news re the 41m...
Only one trading day left of 2021 and what a year for SCLP it has been. A year they transformed from a research outfit into a biotechnology company. I'm expecting 2022 to be spectacular... my best wishes to all my "virtual friends " . Unless we get an intra day RNS there's not much more to say...

SCLP may be in the right place at the right time but as the article in the Times indicated we are not (recently)getting into the mainstream press, and to think we are very near initial results.
With luck our results will be so impressive Scancell can't be ignored. Will a large pharmaceutical giant take the bait...for me..literally the million dollar question !

Roses, C7 , the trades are very reassuring today.

5% of the company is an incredible amount.
We kinda know that there's bad blood between Vulps and Redmile ...so perhaps Vulps are "parterning" (by transferring 5%") with a BIG pharmaceutical company to position themselves in future negotiations??

Calculus sold down their stake in Genedrive on the 17th Dec..reported on 20th Dec. May be them raising funds ..but who purchased. It can't be Redmile as it would take them over the threshold.

One could still dummy sell in excess of 180000 all day..so if a 8million dump one would have thought that it would have been impossible to "sell" excess of 180000 ??

It's being called as a sell on the other site (by incanno) , or a possible transfer between two funds.

On the official London stock exchange site , it shows a value of 8 million covering a trade of just shy of 41 million ....gosh !

Roses, perhaps 19 p is a reflection of the Modi1 trial not going ahead this year, but starting early next year (hopefully). It will be interesting to see how the SP holds/ advances or retreats as Covidity results approaches end jan/ early Feb. Guess that's what investing is all about !!
I did think we would be considerably higher at this point...in my mind I had Modi1 underway, hype around Covidity and perhaps the opportunity to derisk afew prior to results as an insurance. So I will go into the new year all in.... and accept we ain't budging from 19/20 p until Covidity results.
