Yes…but surely the value of Scancell would fall by a corresponding amount if one part was spun off ??

Everything sounds very positive and we are hopefully another year nearer the transformative deal.

Spinning companies out from the pipeline is interesting but how would these be valued if they are spun off as individual entities? Could / would the sum of the parts be valued greater than the current market capital ? …. or do they mean Scancell plan to “ringfence” each part of the development pipeline into separate companies within the Scancell umbrella and sell off these individual parts as potential offers are made ?

It’s a waste of time going to the AGM …. What can they say without the trial results ? It will be the same old regurgitation…..promise of non dilutive funding…we are actively seeking partners…the market potential is huge …timelines will be given that are not delivered..etc etc.

They ONLY event that will shift the SP is an attractive deal that suits both Redmile and Vulps . Everything else in between is just noise and admin.

Vulps obviously continue to see both the value and potential hence why they are still buying and the only reason I’m still invested.

Biggest downside …..the Labour Government …who seam to be hell bent on destroying any UK industry. Look at their disastrous North Sea oil policies !

Hopefully by the time this gets towards development we will be under a different government 🤞

If you listen to the above pod cast all about critical minerals used in the military you understand why the USA and NATO are in a panic. The US has no stockpiles of missiles and China has imposed a strict ban on their rare earth minerals being used in the US military.

In any large scale conflict the US literally runs out of most missiles within 6 weeks .. and China has already won !

Safe travels to all those going to the AGM . Without trial results I don’t see that PL can say anything different to previous AGMs . For whatever reason we are stuck at this SP until results and then a definitive partner announced. Looking at the cost of that Melanoma treatment…Scancell has market to fill if we can tempt a pharma into a deal. Moditope will hopefully still be the jewel in the pipeline 🤞🤞

The AGM…It will be like every other year unless we have the results of the Moditope trial .

Roses, I have been invested in Scancell for 18 long , long , years and participated in all but 1 fundraising .

On the scientific front you can’t help but to be amazed at to what has been achieved. But from an investment point of view it’s been personally ….awful. Scancell could have been a “BioNtec” but was run like a cancer charity for years under the previous management of Goodfellow and LD etc. . Unfortunately covid and the failure of cancer vaccines certainly didn’t help. If it wasn’t for Diggle and Redmile , Scancell would have folded years ago.

So yes….i am negative and the self confessed chief moaner on the BB . My only hope ,as I stated earlier ,is that the next two data results from SCOP and MODI ..combined with the new management …salvage the SP. I have only one target price and that’s the value attributed by the Hardnam report…then hopefully I will be out and may even join TF for a pint in Thailand 😀

We really are stuck in this miserable range until trial results. No Tr1 after all those large trades last week.
