I know we don’t know what is going on behind the scenes…but surely Scancells Scib, with all the published data and trial results to date has been around long enough to tempt a bid/partnership. Our trial results have strengthened the credibility of scib…we just need the deals. As a LTH I remember Goodfellow saying they were “pushing against open doors “ . How much more data do pharma majors need !

At least Vulps is buying ….so potentially it may come to pass .

Im not concerned about the timelines, when it comes it will come ..my comment was only related to my frustration that Phil has never bought any shares. Perhaps I am wrong but I’m sure it would show confidence in the company. With Vulps hovering up the sales it reduces the free float . Guess we’re are almost a private company when you consider Redmile , Calculus and Vulps . So.. I guess whether he has an equity stake ( other than options) doesn’t concern them as long as he is an effective leader and works with their goals.

I’m just old fashioned TF . If I was the majority owner and had a say in senior appointments…I would insist on an equity stake being taken in addition to any options.

Yes …it was a sobering comparison between the USA and the UK . US biotech companies , and companies in general, tend to have management with” skin in the game “which leads to investor confidence . A big difference to UK companies and it would help if Phil actually bought some Scancell rather than rely on Options and salary. I know some of you guys disagree but you know I always need a moan !!

Watching Aim Parma companies like IMM FAB HAEMO soar …gives hope that one day we may make similar daily gains . Looking at those companies..it’s beyond me why Scancell is unloved we have such potential.

Don’t GGP forward sell the gold they produce , therefore both GGP and the buyer receive some hedging against price fluctuations?

If you look at their last days trading chart the SP rose well into the close …hopefully a great sign for us on Sunday . As one poster has already stated, these deals and decisions have already been finalised and decided, Sundays board meeting will be just a formality. 🤞

Crusty, Phil has done nothing to support the SP …he’s obviously doing the job he’s being paid for … but hasn’t bought a bean on the open market.

All the BODs options are looking impossible to achieve with the SP in a death spiral.

Hi TF, indeed ….I often can’t decide myself 🤣. The bid @ 9.8 is in single figures ….again…I have been an advocate of SCLP for years, over a decade, but despite all the clinical progress we sit at 9.8 pence and suffered dilution along the way . I understand the need to raise funds and have no issues with this. I just hope something moves the SP and Diggles recent purchases help me to keep the faith , after all he has far better insight into both investing and biotechnology companies than I have ever managed to achieve .

C11..we need something to revive the SP ..now in single figures again. Diggle’s recent buys are the only reason I’m still hanging on .
