We all knew a bit of dilution was heading our way ...its better to have a smaller percentage of X than Y of nothing . One obvious conclusion, neither RKH or Navitas are having issues raising funds despite all the potential risks highlighted... both political and financial .

Today's RNS takes us one step closer. RKHs funding is now sorted. In the rns the insurance payment is still expected, so more good news.

Traditionally shares fall to the placing price, but what RKH has is quite unique.. its the long game and spectacular returns we are investing for.

Charlesw, Starmer would roll over and not only pay Italy in full, but give them compensation and apologise .... and beg to be let back into the EU 🤣

Yes, the results are brilliant.... but Scib ,iscib etc has been around for a very long time now. Just reflect how many times has this platform been presented at conferences and investor presentations !

It's not like the major pharmaceutical companies don't know about Scib and its potential , they are all flush with cash and deals continue in the sector. I just find it very odd and frustrating that we have not partnered to date. We may get a partner but I would have thought that it should have happened long before now. Pharmas buy pre clinical assets, yet here we stand....outstanding results, ready for a phase3 trial and talking to the FDA about orphan drug status but no offers . Management has changed so that's not the stumbling block...is it Redmile ?

We don't rise on scib results, it will be interesting to see any reaction on modify results if they are equally outstanding.

C11, with the Board present surely it was an apt opportunity to say alittle about the new company. We were signposted excellent results... which they are and i hope they open doors... but the Q&A contained nothing new.

It could have been delivered in one sentence : "outstanding results, we need a partner to progress or is dilution , but once again, I promise non dilutive funding "

Surely C11 , you want to know the thoughts and structure around the new company? With the BOD sitting there it was an ideal opportunity, but I reckon it was agreed beforehand to block any questions around this topic.

...nothing on the new company and why it was formed etc . I can't believe that the question wasn't asked....was such a question "blocked" by Scancell beforehand and therefore not considered. I know it was technically all about SCOPE but the new company is highly significant and I thought it odd that this was not addressed at this opportunity.

Well , nothing new really. Interesting comments from the Qand A re accelerated approval from FDA , UK and European regulators.

It always comes across that Scancell , despite outstanding results and improvements in standard of care, are going around with the begging bowl to the large pharmas asking for partnership. Surely, it should be the other way around.

BE / TF you both raise excellent points. History is hard to erase but as TF states there is plenty to attract partnership. In addition, hopefully with the new management team it is a different course ahead ...but always at the direction of Redmile.

Looking at how OBD advanced in just one day when Pfizer endorced their test ...hopefully Scancells time will come and we will do a similar rise. Still dumbfounded we trade at 11p ..

The presentation at 1pm will be interesting but other than highlight the excellent results... what else can the managment say that was not in the recent investors presentation ??? We all know its all about funding / partnership and nothing will advance the SP until this arrives. Wonder if they will use this presentation opportunity to discuss the new company and spinning off the mAbs ??
