Will Scancell ever attract a deal 😕

Results soon , time will tell. It's a shame that there has not been a sustainable rise in the share price anticipating the results. There's enough data already released pointing to potential success with SCIB ..all those published articles / conferences and investment meetings.. but no new investment house thinks that its worth while taking a punt. Even a 50% bid premium takes is to a paultry 14 odd pence.

Lufc4eva, as payment received by RKH via the claim ? . This will have to RNS ed by RKH as its material to the SP . RKH can't hold such news back.

EE, I would love you to be correct re partnership... but today's SP certainly isn't any indication of positive news on the deal front , these things tend to leak out ☹️

It would be nice to see RKH end up positive today , breaking the trend since the last 2 RNSs . Everything is looking positive and we even have a Canaccord broker note revised upwards.

Guess this is the quiet before the storm. Next driver.... oil pumping from the Gulf of America releasing the funding tap for FID . Navitas is a top rated company and debt syndicates will have no issue lending to them. RKH will simply follow on their coat-tails and Nav will act as lender of last resort, but it won't come to that I'm sure.

Well...i have to admitt the SP is responding. Perhaps Diggle timed another great buy...I may just follow him.

GF123, well, as you say...all off book trades..so who knows what is happening other than the SP is certainly not responding . It would be nice to have a fund buying on the open market , boosting the SP. With the data readout so near its now a binary bet. I guess funds / buyers are considering it just too risky at the moment and would rather buy post results if positive.

The answer is in the SP...below 10p and a massive spread. Hardly points to buy trades ??

Well, I don't think it's wrong to say BMS won't be doing any deals with us on the Scib platform.. they have thrown their hat in with BioNtch and obviously after due diligence felt it was a better option for them. Perhaps they may be tempted by Moditope ??

I still think Merck is our best hope regarding a skin cancer vaccine deal now that BMS is out of the frame. Why would BioNtch consider us after their link up with BMS .

Totally agree, unfortunately one door has closed..a deal with BMS... they obviously think BioNTEC are better fit than Scancell when it comes to skin cancer vaccines.

Some good posts from Cleanerworld..I see Merck as our only hope but a strong contender so everything crossed .

Well , just imagine if the insurance company didn't pay out. That would be the end of their

business. Final. No other company would touch them with a barge pole.

Nav now 4.6% up ...RISEN since the RKH news.. they are certainly not concerned about RKH finding the funding for FID.

A clear path is ahead. We have finally concluded the Italian issue. We have the insurance payment, from this RKH can decide on funding with the lending bank. Resource upgrade in line with Navitas. RKH funding our share of FID won't be an issue be it a loan or a small equity raise.
