I think you are correct Esduk, unless a formal offer is make they don’t need to inform shareholders , unless it leaks and the SP races ahead . They are then required to issue a “speeding ticket” stating that the company “knows of no reason” for the SP sudden rise, or they are forced to reveal a potential bid approach has been made but they don’t have to give any details. I think the nomad makes them do this ??

From this point on Scancell will deliver amazing returns . They will either go it alone or partner Scib ….but either way it looks like a blockbuster drug in the making. Time is the only consideration…partner and we will receive an instant return …or a longer wait if we go at it alone…but greater returns. If the latter Scancell could still receive a hostile bid and we have the other platforms as well. It’s a win /win really 😃

Any new investor has made 30% + over the last month…not bad…more to come

As I said yesterday, scientific progress is very positive and we are in an excellent position to attract deals. But until we get those deals the SP simply won’t budge and will float between 10-14p .

Empty…surely any interested party(s) in Scib would have done extensive due diligence by now and the IND is merely the icing on the cake. We can hardly claim to be under the radar anymore.

Management will spew out the same old rethoric at the AGM …”interested parties “ non dilutive funding “ and we will all talk about body language.. but until any deal arrives for Scib a fundraising can’t be ruled out and the SP will flop around 10-13 pence.

I’m optimistic that we will get a deal but the clock is ticking away .

We have had significant progress on all fronts…excellent clinical results ….and the regulatory approval today…. but the share price doesn’t budge !!

Chester 18, agree…. But we surely aren’t under the radar when it comes to the major pharmaceutical companies. LTHs have carried the risk and helped to finance Scancell…. But what a great entry point @13/14 pence continues to be . Hopefully now just a question of WHEN not if 🤞

Is IND clearance the “key” to unlock the deal ? We have never been closer . Guess now we will find out what the major pharmaceutical companies think Scib is worth .

By 2030 the SP will reflect any potential deals made, the structure of the deal (s) or the need to fundraise…simple .

The science has done its thing…it’s now a combination of

1: are Scancells platforms attractive to one or more major pharmaceutical companies (Scancell say they have had interest)

2: the calibre is our management ( proven track record…incentivised by options)

3: what is acceptable and the patience of both Redmile/ Vulps ( so far they join LTHs as long suffering but supportive 😂)

4: investment house research suggest fair value around 37p ( paid for by Scancell)

It’s all about the potential deal now . All eyes on Scib 🤞🤞

Hard to tell if buys/sells. Excellent volume however and certainly a churn of shares going on over the last few days.

Out of the traps with good initial volume. I don’t think a major would wait for IND as they must know it’s pretty nailed on…a lot of deals being done. Scib being discussed as potentially “standard of care” .
