I did an examination refresher across the Bushveld yesterday and was reminded of its varied mineral wealth. PP has mentioned "diversification" more than once. The northern limb - Platreef - has revealed further rich mineralisation similar to the NW.
Tharisa's license area, common to the Bushveld, contains Au, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and other. It remains to be seen if they are present in sufficient volume in granitic formations. Abundant elements can be found at surface all over SA. (It's like the Jurassic Coast in terms of interest.)
