It will take time to get back to the 90s but, as with iTE and PTAL among others, recovery will not be long in coming. Some of the analysis here has been correct: Capital markets have been worse than tight.

@ 10:10 - My one caveat - accepted as a major stumbling block - is ONP. With 50+ cuts in the pipeline, and more to come, band-aid stapling can not keep up with the ShiningPath or whatever. Coupled with which are the corrosive factors on an ageing conduit.

Should Manolo announce barge shipments reaching 600k/month (and more barges) my confidence will surge. Failing that, it will be time to look at Constitucion/Osheki.

Ahem . . . I may change my mind and admit to bias when making comparisons, say, with i3E. And Swindells is one fellow where I have no entrée. Furthermore 200k shares hardly rank me as a meaningful holder.
