Whilst their NOI is currently going through the roof thanks to high oil and gas prices, they also have a big appraisal well coming up in the North Sea in September which could double the current share price.
They pay a monthly dividend (yield is around 6%) and are, imo, significantly undervalued with lots of upside. Also potential for a "special dividend" later this year with current oil and gas prices meaning cash generation is "wonderful".'

Multi-stacked (Bakken-type?) plays . . . the subject has probably already been covered by others. I know less of its geology than, say, Williston basin and the Missi lime but Alberta could surprise us.
