Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Read the RNS. The timeline is detailed. ARSO have no grounds to refuse but for whatever reason AST believe the process was being unnecessarily delayed by endless amendments, amendments of amendments and requests for information that was already submitted etc. Third party witnesses (British Chamber of Commerce) were present and no doubt meeting was minuted. ARSO will have been asked "what is outstanding" The reply being 2 amendments which will be submitted shortly. Importantly the meeting has nailed the process to these 2 amendments. ARSO cannot now ask for anything else. Yes, they may be pedantic with these 2 amendments but that is it. They cannot now decide some new line of information is required. My opinion, of course.
Your last sentence translated. I have 'proved' KPF is rubbish and too expensive. Hopefully this will be enough to panic enough into selling so that I can get in cheap because I really know HMI will do well. Of course if I really believed my own propaganda I wouldn't buy at all because if what I said is true then nobody would be using KPF!
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/mediatechnologyandtelecoms/telecoms/8785687/BT-denies-it-is-sitting-on-a-copper-mine-worth-50bn.html I know it's 7 years old. How much of it if any has or will come true. The spot price today for copper is $6700 / tonne!
any more detail on warrants. I don't see anything? thanks
Maybe it's nothing but the past tense in the sentence "... a contractor with more specialised coil tubing equipment was mobilized." implies the contractor has been there not going in future!
I am invested here. As I said before I can't see farmers using (or being allowed to use) fertilisers on commercial food crops that aren't government approved. That's why HMI say they have a list of about 20 farmers waiting on MAPA. 20 commercial farmers would be big business. MAPA is crucial. I wonder if the recent order is also waiting for MAPA and that is why delivery will begin in May, in case MAPA is delayed again!
Yes the last RNS states 'Sale agreed prior to MAPA registration, which is anticipated to be granted by month end' As far as I am aware this sale is to garden centres for domestic sales and probably doesn't require MAPA registration. This is not new information. Why not repeat and reinforce point, especially since farmer sales are conditional to registration. I would have thought any commercial product in the food chain would need fertilisers etc used on them to be government approved.
The recent video shows the cover previously requested by MAPA is not in place. Stantions to take it are there. Is it reasonable to suggest that due to increased interest in the product HMI have decided to install additional knife mills before erecting the roof cover. Therefore as the cover is a stipulation for registration ....... you get the point. I understand frustation as the last RNS states MAPA registration early Q1. In my opinion, of course.
