In that clip CC states in the final few words "ongoing discussions with partners". Without going into a debate about two peoples separated by a common language I'm saying the "BP" is already known to the board and they are all discussing terms but CC is still hoping to stay independent via NASDAQ.

NASDAQ on or before Thursday 16th January is my guess. Darlene Deptula-Hicks was appointed at the end of June so the 7 months to 16.1.25 fit in nicely with the average 6-9 months it takes to organise an IPO/listing. And as DD-H is an acknowledged expert (at least two in the last 3/4 years) why should Avacta be a problem?

A 150,000 sell is not especially large and certainly doesn't need "working". Probably 1m at least was sold last Thursday. That's a buy.

Herd mentality in the BP world? What about the mountain of money spent on ADC's and possibly wasted?

Somewhat overlooked, but Avacta now have sufficient data to publicly support the claim that 6k completely removes the cardiac toxicity of doxarubicin. That in itself should clear a path for breast cancer treatment - this is a long sought after & major advance for patients. #AVCT

The first patient was dosed with AVA 6000 at Royal Marsden.....nearly three and a quarter years ago. I wonder if he or she is still alive?

don't be surprised when the final offer comes - unknown - from the woodwork and sb isn't even speaking to them.

a couple of days ago the daily telegraph trashed the theory about patient confidentiality for medical trials.

the next theory to go will be the one that big pharma are nice, conservative, people and always agree a consensus. ******. the one with least invested in adc's will jump first and cc is desperate to get on nasdaq before they do. imho.

"but they're not doing deals"....seems silly of Shaun Chilton and Simon Bennett to hang around. They must be bored out their brains.
