In my experience, and I've got some, even the largest enterprise was actually really run by no more that a handful of people. Top management expertise would not be used on a product line with minimal payback. Their time is too valuable....something that armchair CEO's don't see.

Slide 29 and this is quite amazing and tough to explain - AVA6103 drives long-term regression of tumors, whereas regrowth is observed with exatecan alone. Is the TOP-1 inhibition so efficient all tumour cells are killed within the experiment time
