I've been wondering about this for some time and it's HUGE and you've not got it wrong

At 20mtpa even one weeks output is 400,000 tons that's 400,000 of the big storage bags in the SXX presentation photos. A building 1000m x 100m x 20m would (by my mental arithmetic) would take less than 2 weeks output

we new this was a big project

one of the great things about SXX is that it's actually building a mine and that mine is in England ( but north of Watford Gap - can't have everything!)
Kore might have a mine sometime and are you happier with investing in the Congo vs Yorkshire?

also Poly4 is polyhalite which has many advantages over other potassium fertilisers. apart from ICL these other companies are dealing with a different sort of potash

It is true that there are never enough hours in the day and it's impossible to keep up with all one's ideas
I think it's a change in the way you go about things - instead of a weekend with 2 flights and 2 days in a hotel I am taking cheap mid week flights and renting apartments. Dine at friends houses not in a restaurant. Get old folk's discounts. Off peak trains etc etc etc
Not really sure how it adds up but I finish each year amazed that I haven't spent any of my capital

as someone who retired 20yrs ago at 56 the answer is - less than you think - probably a lot less than you needed when you had to travel to work, take holidays at expensive times etc.
take the number you first thought of and deduct a quarter

meanwhile don't work too hard

as someone who came in at 15p, I got out two years ago at 41p simply because the shares looked over priced.
came back in a couple of months later in the mid 20s.
IMO at present the SP is somewhere sensible but if it goes to anywhere near 50p before Christmas I am selling and buying back in 2019

the point I was trying to make is that a market has to have sellers

there is nothing to buy
so the price will not go up
we cannot criticise people for selling

The only part of your calculation that I really disagree with is the "PE in the 20's" which is twice what I would expect for a one product company with selling prices which they do not control
However as the owner of 357k shares I really hope you are right and I am wrong

once the mine is in full operation the SP is at the mercy of commodity prices
MofP is selling at less than half the price it was in 2012 and well below the 2016 price - so all talk of £4/£5 a share is something from the past (but in 20 years time ??)
SP at first production - my prediction 70p to 80p
