It seems to me, from reading the RnS that the Uzbeks only wrong doing according to the judges was the modifications they made in 2006 and 2009 of the taxation regime applicable to AGF.....punished with a 10 million dollar award to OXUS camp. Everything else relating to the Uzbeks Gov behaviour must have been above board!! I am no lawyer, but how can this be so....a lot of the wrong doings at the time were well publicised ...including the framing and inprisoning of one of their team...I would like to see an appeal and challenge ....depending on how Oxus are painted in the final published report...GL

Could be a sign of one of the folowing: 1) been advised not to communicate with PIs prior to new release 2) boored to death answering the same questions on the telephone c) telephone bill not paid d) Uzbelkstan snatch squad kidnapped the BOD last week and no one noticed e) delivering Christmas cards and presents to their opponents in Uzbeikistan f) Award won six months ago and forgot to let us know g) house hunting with the Mrs....i prefer the first one....but have never been correct before.

He chose his words carefully imo...very emotionally charged words is VNF...especially in OXS case....imagine if he had chosen "not in foreseeable future"... He would of known how these few words would emotionally effect sentiment and so, ....it really does come down to do we believe what comes out of this guys mouth / RNS or not....I still believe he is straight...and this side of Christmas.....if I'm wrong then the only other interpretation is he made the whole thing up ...to move the SP. I also dont think Shead is playing any game...what would be the point....any value will only be appreciated after the result....whether the sp is 2p or 4p does not matter to Shead...unless he sells, and imo if he was gong to sell any before the result he would be talking this up big time...but he isnt, so i think that he believes that it will shortly all be over........imo before Xmas

Are we the only two people invested in Sarantel! LOL Very quite around this part of the woods. Lets hope that we have news on Thursday and the trading update gives it's investors ( both of them) a fantastic suprise! I do not care which global camera company decides to sign a contract - as long as it bloody massive and wishes to include the products in all it's camera's for the next twenty years. I do like companies like Sarantel that are small, great IP, off the radar of most investors and have so much potential This is no guarantee of a profit of course, but it does add another dimension. To be honest , even though this company has been around promising stuff for years i think that Sarantel have not yet even began to realise their true potential and that they have been a little ahead of the times - but the times are changing - in the future most products and possibly people will have a gps location device as part of thier lives - as it's all going online. My guess, ( in the abscence of any new news from the company) is that the rise was due to the roll out of EE 4G and the array of new Apple mini's etc which are now being released and which Expansys will sell during the run up to and after Xmas and will all add to their bottom line at some stage - I hope. Last year XPS released some very good trading statements before and after Xmas - share price was around 2p. But putting these aside, - maybe a share tipster whoknows that XPS makes a great deal of profit over the next few months!

Funny share and safe share at the moment - not going up nor down - which suites me as I am patiently waiting for the BIG contract win - and this little share will blow ( that's my thougts anyway). Yes, i have read the forecast - we pretty well know what to expect ( if they are on track ) and it should be posative - jI am just waiting for the " big Japanese camera " order to be released - i am thinking that SLG know they have it in the bag - but it just takes time - so lets hope it is this side of Xmas.

After 4 pm today- the shares decided to rise by 16% the fell to 8%. The only big buy of 550,000 was made at around 1 pm. Why would the MM's increase the share price at this time .... possibly an update on trading on Monday?

Good news today - yes, a small win - but demonstrates SLG products do actually fit inside a camera - and can add value - it's been a long time coming ( not that i have been invested here for a very long) . I have a feeling that Sarantel are now on the cusp - we need a deal with one of the camera OEM giants to make this share take off - from what i recall we are already on target in 2013 to generate more money than our entire Market Cap of approx £2.6 million from the military - so little risk of SLG going down the pan over night etc. I am not a techo but all i can see in the future is an increased convergence of camera and mobile phones, internet, GPS, 4G etc etc - most mobile phones are basically glorified telephone / cameras with extras ! So imagine if ( big If, but possible) SLG can manage to sell their products to just 3% or 5% or 10% of mobile phone manufactures - over the next 2-4 years! - how that would contribute to the earnings - especially when invested early at a minute 2.5 million cap company. Thats why i am invested - i know a little about risk - expecially here on AIM - but this share in my opinion could be a very exciting one to hold . GLA

Just like the military contract wins this year - these contracts take time! It seems that the contract wins that Sarantel have won this year were the product from trials from the year before. The commercial deals that Xcap go on about - relates to most probably a Japan camera company and this quote from the interim results for 31st March 12 says " In October 2011 Sarantel announced that it had completed successful field trials with a major Japanese consumer electronics customer in Tokyo. While progress in this market has been slower than hoped,the Group is actively engaged in discussions with a number of potential customers and partners in this market. Sarantel is also developing a number of products which it believes will be very attractive to major camera OEMs.Sarantel continues to identify an enormous opportunity for its technology in a number of high volume consumer markets and will continue to apply the resources available to gain traction in these very high growth markets" Now - these new products ( improved products from earlier trials last year) have been recently launched ( better, smaller, cheaper, and can be installed by machine etc). Why do Xcap have a 12 month price of over 1.6 without a commercial deal. How can Sarantel describe the trials in Japan as a success?

happens a lot on AIM! Especially when you are buying close to the mid price with penny shares - depending which side of the mid price you manage to buy at - if on or below the mid price often gets reported as a sell - as trades are counted automatically - can be a real pain. Can i ask you what were the reasons you decided to buy? I am already in at 1.28p and waiting for the rise! Good Luck

Sorry , i made a mistake - they are not brothers but better - they are the same guy -Geoff Shingles who is, and has been the Chairman of IMG from the early 1990's. Geoff should be in a brilliant position to advise Sarantel and i hope he is doing his job.....- especially now Sarantel have a new generation ( smaller) antenna's . IMG have been a british success story since the early days - they have thier chips in the Apple phones etc - ( recently took a dip due to Samsung changing direction) - but if IMG Chair can not advise Sarental - no one can. Lets hope what Sarentel are NOW selling is what the big companies want?????? - worth staying here for a while - in my opinion.

Thanks for your thoughts - maybe you are right - but the reason i am invested is the oppurtunity that may prevail with mobile phone companys / cameras etc. I know that they have approached phone companies in the past with their antenna technology and got nowhere. However, i am hoping that the negative feedback that they must have had from these mobile co's are now included in the recently upgraded versions of Antenna's released recently. . It's a gamble but somehow at this price if only they can come up with a better solution at a competative price!!! we will be in very early.....I was also swayed by the fact that one of the Board is related to the bloke who started IMG when it was called Videologic - when the share price was around 20p - I am hoping upon hope that the brothers have a " clever technology Gene" and can repeat the experience...
