There was obviously no disclosure agreements / confidentiality agreements signed...so what with all this bod in the dark business....these make good opportunities on aim but you have to tread carefully until it is confirmed by bod as fact....anything is possible on AIM as I am sure many would have experienced in past.saying that I'm up for it with my eyes wide open gL

I agree. And posted same on Friday. You would imagine that the company had a representative at this very imporant hearing...a telephone call to the bod at the very least...imagine if it takes another week before we hear from the company...talk about volatility here ....GL

Everyone is awaiting the RNS to confirm the situation here, doesn't really matter which day it turns up. This is a Day trader / momentum traders dream. When this happens , and the leaky news is confirmed - then every day trader and their dog will jump on this share for a few hours to get their % and then politely leave, possibly returning to short the ride as it retrace/s and again up with a second wind ...so expect plenty of volatility imo

If I were one of the BODs I would have had someone I trust actually at this important hearing, if I could not get anyone I could trust I would have to settle with a lawyer being present to confirm the outcome.....doesn't make sense...something else is probably holding up the process!!

Why would the BODs wait until after close on Friday to confirm good news? Are they just sitting there waiting fir 4.30 so they can announce good news....usually the time for bad news! Or no news.

How come the Greek Media Reports Dismissal of Appeals RNS Number : 4372A I.e Minoan " let's wait and see" rns has not appeared under the LSE rns button and how come investigate have the news and the company don't. Strange.

so can they go for award after the company is placed into administration!! confusing wording imo "Oxus Gold has reviewed its cash position and prospects and determined that it would be the appropriate course of action to place the Company into administration. If they decide to appeal, Could the BOD keep OXU suspended until the result of the appeal...I think I would prefer it that way, everyone locked in for the outcome....win or lose...

If this case is kept under cover and not published...can the BOD release an RNS giving the reasons why OXS lost. Would this be allowed?...otherwise we, they, our money and the facts, and the truth will just join the ever increasing pile, I think you all know which one, the pile labelled.........?

I've lost £400...., which I can afford to lose...but I do not feel at ease with, nor can balance in my mind, from the info that I had read from RNS,s that in the end the arbitrators would favour the Uzbek Goverment ... .....nothing on AIM surprise me anymore ....the only thing that would every surprise me now, is if a share on AIM actually manages to do well, and continue to do well.....I am now quite confident that AIM only exists as just another way for small time investors to lose money, while funding company's whom have very little chance of success ...but constantly need money to survive...OXS seemed a good company damaged by a sovereign state...so a good bet, but there you go...GL all

So Oxus lose the case. Is $ 10 million counted as a win? Confused.
