JSC Honest question . Why have you stayed with this share for so long if you can't find any positives in the short to medium term? What motivates you here. Just wondering as if I felt as you do I would have been gone long ago!

I calculate over 1 million share bought since 3rd April at least..what % is that of shares in issue approx 5%...just don't know if all are same buyer? On mobile on bus...so all a bit rough but can someone check

I am not a member nor a fan really but noticed MIN was tipped in Jan17 by Winifred (one of his personal choices) as a double or treble ....he again tipped Min again a few days ago ...so even though sp doubled since Jan 17 he's still in and recommending as a buy.

Someone just noticed the rns button want working and gave it a kick as wasn't working a few mins ago....will there be another?

Some big 100,000 buys mixed in with the sells....I think we are near final confirmation news....bods hung on this am until mid day to release rns...they are expecting confirmation anytime soon imo It's the day traders selling and someone is taking advantage and accumulating ... Therefore so will I. It's a gamble which ever way you play it

Don't get me wrong. I'm keeping an eye on this one and can see thw upside here but will probably jump in on rns...just to be sure . The market is not convinced by the unofficial news .....so am being cautious as always which means I limit any profit I may get but I get to protect myself from any losses which on aim is probably the most important rule (in my book)..saying that I have and had losses from various shares which looked as good . I think there are a lot like me out there so when rns arrives and it's true ...this should be exciting. Just can't understand the lack of interest ....I'm sure it's on a lot of peeps radar as been ongoing for ages. ..GL all.

The BODs are aware of news just not been confirmed whether it's good or bad however they are aware of one local press release (as we are ) so could mention media reports but won't as they not sure if reliable...this looks good but it is not in the bag yet... It's a big assumption to assume the BODs know more ...but I would think they do...still an assumption and not a fact. If good news is announced with results it would also be a good time to release any skeletons in cupboard. ...so to soften the blow ..does anyone know if the company need to raise cash? Especially if this news is in our favour?GL

It works both ways...if the BOD s have decided to delay the company's results until after the courts announcement...does not indicate good news in particular as we know the Company have not had confirmation of either good or bad news and they will need to have confirmation from the court...whatever the result they can't release it until the court decides...so if they wish to include the results from the court in the results then they have to delay the results....that's how I see it.

Why on Earth would the court keep the verdict secret for up to two weeks and not even notify the defendent ( MIN) of the outcome but feel it necessary to inform a local journalists?

She won't have a copy....but you could ask. She may have an e mail but I imagine she was told verbally...wonder if she could e mail something to confirm decision .....( I hope your not winding me up Biff...it wouldn't t matter as I'm up for it) lol..worth one last contact with her then you got decide to break off the relationship or marry her . gL

Nice one biff, She won't tell whom her source is but you could reply and ask her how can she be so sure the decision in her article is accurate and correct. Can she confirm that her source is reliable and was present at the hearing. Just a chance she might respond .
