C) Fundamental disagreement with other members If length of tenure I would have expected Simon to have been at the AGM...for wave off ...It does not sound a good enougth reason for someone to resign with immediate effect. If post deleted because of cost savings then would not expect a resignation, and one of immediete effect and significantly only days before the AGM. Could have been conveyed at AGM. The timing doesn't look good imo If due to fundamental disagreements (after 8 years serving and highly respected) then must indicate something significant is about to break.....I guess it could be around if / when/ how the next funding is managed....or something along these lines...

I was thinking the same a 4% sp increase inside a 12% spread....who knows what goes on in a spread like that....as said earlier director buys here have historically been a very accurate time to sell. So let's hope it not directors buying. On the other hand historically, good news before a meet up is not unheard of ....if so this one better be the best knees of news. ..... it will have to be so good we are all still talking about it next week. SS 2nd appointment as NED was only last September ...nine months ago. Previous to this he was NED for 3 years from 2010. Doesn't sound a long NED tenure. Quick question. How long has SS been a non executaive director? The rns states his resignation is directly linked to the lenght of his tenure. A quick search finds that 9 years is the point when many are encouraged to leave but SS has not been in post that long, has h....and he resigned with immediate effect ....which suggests it wasn't amicable but what do I know. It's significant surely that he has resigned just before the AGMT, next week. . He could resign any day of the year. The timing is of significance and i am assuming it's part of the recently announced cost reduction but is it because he's not happy with something else.....that were not privy too. But the timings the thing surely.

The trading statement on 4th Jan said tax credits expected near term....."Despite the investment in the hardware and services referred to above, the Company ended the year with more than £5.5 million of net cash, with further inflows of in excess of £1.3 million expected over the near-term from R&D tax credits and funds yet to be received from the issue ordinary shares as announced at the time of the fundraising in September 2017. It's mid June. Maybe they have been received and not mentioned it.

Does seem a long time to wait for the tax credit considering we were told it was submitted in December 17.
