Village. No disrespect to Callum Sommerton intended. Hes young and done well.

I am no evangelist but I like to think I'm a realists. CHILL have done nothing these past months but enlist the support of apparently world class advisors / branding experts / distributors etc etc...( started with John Story lol ) - everything had to look world class.
Today we hear they have lost a guy with thirty five years of experience with major brands and promoted a member of staff who has obviously much less experience, whom has only been employed by CHILL for less than a year and whom they were happy for him to continue working part time .....so to keep his hand in working for three other company's at same time as holding the International Director job at CHILL.
Today CHILL shareholders are expected to believe this is a strategic step ( just like all the others), but in reality other than the two failures who have been running the firm there is no one else on the payroll to take over the CEO helm.
I'm sure CHILL cant afford to buy in an experienced newbie - so here we are.

Please remind me about the positives that you think I am unable to discuss. Just name one positive that is not just another promise of something better in the future?

Todays good news is that the sp has actually risen higher than the spread for a change and i imagine this is to do with the absolute excitement of the new CEO.

Do you think Callum has the credentials, experience and knowledge to steer this dead duck to safe waters......honest answer.

Callum talks the talk, he is using the right words, and is promising what inventors are longing to hear but if you care to look closely its not just his age, and lack of experience that is of concern. Someone Young promoted to CEO in just a year at working at CHILL is an amazing achievement and is rather rare.

If you look at his work experience Callum worked for CHill as International Brand Director between May 21 to March 22, when he became CEO of CHILL. Just under one Year.

The important date to keep in mind is May 21 when Callum was first employed by CHILL as International Brand Director. This was a time when Chill were stating they were going ballistic internationally and rolling out in UK, USA and across Europe - just for starters. Therefore, it made sense and increased excitement with investors to be told Chill now have a International Brand Director.

Callum's previous employment was a Principal Consultant at Oakapple Brands..
He worked there between Oct 2019 - Mar 2022 · (2 yrs 6 mos) . It is clear than he worked for Oakwood Brands at the very same time as working for CHILL Brands, so it seems that it was not even a full time role as International Brand Director at CHILL !

If you look at his previous work before Oakwood, this was at Mishcon de Reya LLP
He worked for them in total for 3 yrs 10 mos between between 2019 - 2022 · !!

During this time between May 21 and Today - Callum worked for both CHILL and Mischon !!

Unbelievable , but prior to Mischon , he had a job as Content Writer at LeadWave
between Apr 2020 - Sep 2021 · 1 yr 6 mos. During this time he was already employed by CHILL in May 21, working for Mishcon and now also working for LeadWave. !!

Callum has worked for CHILL for approximately just one year and now he is CEO, and his previous employment at CHILL was not full time, hardly part time if you look at the number of other company's he was also credited to working for at this same time.

I've lost track of all the back office changes made this past year ....its starting to feel like a doomed flight where everyone in the ****pit manically take turns to sit in the pilots seat to see if they can get the plane to fly as the plane continues to head to ground.

Village. You can't just cherry pick the pieces of the RNS you wish to hear....its very significant that after the contribution that M Sandore has given to CHILL these past few months ....this is the best they could muster on his leaving.

If you build these guys up when they join then they deserve a least a proper mention in despatches when they walk.

What amazes me is that CHILL time and time again .....manage to put out an RNS that is NOT connected to revenue or business development but the reorganisation of the company .... when will they show it investors what the business end looks like instead of the latest faces running the company,

Qure.AI have been working in Baran Hospital using their solutions to detect TB etc since 2019! The results have nee very good - so the pilot today involving FEEDBACK must be all about testing Bleepa and CareLocker as Qure. AIs technology has proven to work.

We are told that Qure.AI and Bleepa are conducting at least two pilots in India in parallel with the second one in Rajasthan.

Qure.AI are a fantastic company and really going places fast. If FDBK solutions manage to become embedded into their solutions and hence future contracts then we will do very well. As far as i know we are currently confirmed as partners in India......but hopefully more news soon on further territory's ...

That opaqueness that you referred to is why i no longer hold shares longer term. I used too when i first started investing in AIM and learnt the hard way that ALL shares on AIM have to have a good "Get rich story' attached that will last for several years and promise to make the investor rich as long as they remain invested.

Once i started trading i found my luck turned and i have done much better. I think by becoming sceptical has helped my investing immensely - that's not to say even though I bought KMK near its lows recently with a view to trade it when its higher -I'm not unaware that a possibility exists that they could drop excellent news one day, maybe when we least expect it or maybe never.

However this possibility will not stop me from selling if it hits 20p say, because i know that if news did drop after this then the company will be worth possibly a great deal more and ill take my chances on the morning with everyone else - just for the reward factor. .
This thinking stops me from feeling Ike I could miss out AND stops me worrying incessantly about reasons why good news has not yet been delivered. The truth is that no one here knows whats going on behind the scenes or the reasons why something has or has not happened.
So on this basis i do not have a clue why KMK have not announced contracts other than the obvious that they so far have not yet been awarded one. Which is probably close to the truth.

on a side issue.
I do like KMKs products but one concern i would have is that most these products all start off with usually one main player who award KMK a grant / an award / a small contract to develop something amazing, highly specific and usually part of a larger organisational / country's future framework of development that involves many moving departments, permissions / budgets and other constraints.
I do wonder sometimes what DARPA do with a great deal of their sponsored research, and how much of it becomes commercialised in the real world. I am sure some of it does but may take longer than we suspect.
However, as investors we hope that KMK have been funded to come up with the next best thing to sliced bread and everyone will want to buy it.

I am surprised the pathogen detector was not fast tracked for use at airports and ports etc to detect new variants.

My Post was primarily a response to aqc888 " its a Bit worrying " post.

Its not as if he / she have been invested here for years ....joined in June 21, followed by a " I'm a relative newcomer post in July 21 " when the share price was 16p - so down 50% but not out.

he / she could have sold out twice since then at a profit the last time i Feb 22.

If you wait a few more months then will most likely be ale to do it again at hopefully well over 16p.

I find it Interesting ( not so much worrying) that you and a few others here police every slightest positive post and ensure its balanced out with a negative, irrespective of time of day.

No offence intended but we all have only so much time to live ...and it seems a waste of precious time to spend pointing out only negatives in an investment ..., I do not believe in saints, so why do you bother....and what do you have to gain?

If everything you have said comes to be true....whats in it for you? how do you benefit from all this time on this BB warning everyone else... You are obviously intelligent and would normally be using your skills to find better investments ..rather than spending so much time on this failure of a share....If as you say KMK is doomed, will need refinancing, will not make a $ from any of its latest offerings then whats the point hanging around .

I've been around for a while and often IMO posters who linger and drone on about a company's failure ....are really here for personal reasons.

I may be wrong and you are a LT holder who has lost a fortune here......... if so, i would have thought that there is still a chance you can get that back with a good wind in the right direction - so even that does not make sense.

The highest you could have invested is something in the 30s ..........which is not unobtainable, if you trade the share as i ,and may other have over the years .

KMK said in January 2021 the following regarding their funding by Innovate UK for the advance Biological-Threat Detection solution

"Kromek is engaging with potential customers for the COVID-19 detection system to develop deployment models and identify how it can best fit their needs. The Group will provide any necessary customisation of the system ahead of piloting by those user groups. ".

"The Group expects the first pilots with potential users to commence by the end of this financial year (July 21) and anticipates commercial deployment in 2021/22."

I read 2021 /22 as that they anticipate commercial deployment in the financial year 21/22 - which ends in July 22.


It goes on...
"The funding has been awarded under an 18-month programme of UK Research and Innovation ("UKRI"), "

Which again would take us to July 22 for commercial deployments.

Still have three months before any announcement if they are on their timeline.

After that ill get concerned.......but I'm a recent investor and do understand the frustrations of anyone holding long term.

This is my third investment here at around this price in a number of years and historically i am not expecting anything less than at least a 50%- 100% profit from todays price .

I am betting on a larger rise this year if they can stick to their previously announced timeline.
