I suppose as more traders like sushi think they could be locked out the price will creep up unless a contract is announced then no doubt it will spike to whatever level the market rates the news.

Sushi how does that make sense if it's going to 1p and the design win could lead to a contract with Samsung. You can buy plenty now much lower than 1p

Looking at the potential numbers in these reports I'd imagine a contract rns will follow at some point that might contain the detail the market is looking for. Whoever the customer is they're going to promote the fact they have superior battery performance so even if cap-xx don't name them it might be quite obvious.

I'd assumed nanocap would be a competitor as a quick look at their website suggests they are producing competing products but they mention that supercapacitor manufacturers could benefit from using their electrodes.

And your information suggests nanocap might be using the cap-xx binder.

Great find parkez if this is a joint development these products are really advanced can't keep up with all these changes.

Parkez I'm generalising I know they've had revenues but they're a pittance just $3m 1.6% of $188m prizmatic market in 2024 see below and they're a world leader in these products.

This is not acceptable lars is responsible for performance and 26yrs of loss making can't continue.

I want them to succeed as I'm a shareholder I like all the changes and the news on progress but until the sales arrive they are a failing company. It's brutal but the only thing that counts is results and success otherwise you're out.

Fair enough parkez then you'll be well aware of all the design wins that for whatever reasons haven't resulted in revenues.

The future is promising as it was years ago didn't work out then but this time could be different but only if they get sales from these announcements otherwise it's history repeating itself.

Parkez just an example of what seemed at the time a significant opportunity that vanishes. If you don't know about ioxus and capmod/truckstart products don't go there they're history.

Focus on the new time for cap-xx to deliver the numbers let's see the Asian design win become an order and smt commercialised.

It's great what has been put in place but until they prove to be effective in generating revenues and cap-xx become profitable It's like going round in circles.

This had huge potential came to nothing now the products have been dropped from the new website which is no bad thing to focus on their strenghts. Can post many more examples but no need they've all vanished.

So yes lots of great news and as ever great potential but very little information on what counts.

Anyway good look to lth's and newbies (not traders though) I'm hopeful some good things will start to happen but all those announcements won't mean anything if sales don't materialise.

You might be right coxy as we've had very little news or it might start coming together piece by piece. I'm not sure which way it will go but have to agree contracts are much needed.

Seems to be new supercapacitors everwhere hopefully cap-xx really have something unique that will finally sell and grow market share. Many years ago it looked like they were ahead of the market but couldn't sell anything and every new product announced got delayed or never materialised.

Kongats really played a blinder stringing everyone along soon find out how good their technology is now they're actively trying to sell products.

Hope so janoz so many puzzles at the moment but if things take off it will be unchartered territory regarding sp as cap-xx have never been a profitable revenue generating company before so how do you value that.

I'm sure a large deal is heading towards their Malaysian plant which is tied up with the Asian conglomerate design win. Maybe they'll be mass producing smt for the global market. At least we'll know one way or another in 3 or 4 months time.

That's old information ionic haven't updated their news for sometime now and cap-xx don't refer to them but reference monash university. Not sure if the ionic deal is even still active.

Parkez if the new binder is being used we should get patent update soon so might all be coming together.

The report is 2024 so quite recent and mentions cap-xx. There were some linkedin messages posted on telegram from lars trip to Malaysia suggesting cap-xx bringing a large investment to Malaysia. Sure we'll find out soon.
