It will focus on the design of a process for manufacturing Nuvec nanoparticles optimally loaded with pDNA and modified mRNA encoding antigens specific to HPV related malignancies. This will include evaluation of strategies for maximising loadings and reducing the levels of free nucleic acids in the formulation'

At the behest of medimmune they have not mentioned the HPV dna vaccine since. They may wish for the work/data to be confidential

For a deal they need to identify a product. An added incentive is if medimmune wish to exercise exclusivity/confidentiality for the 9 month study results

N4ps remuneration will depend on multiple factors including how much further codevelopment is needed
It’s hard to see that they would end the relationship at this stage and nuvec ‘fail’, unless Medimmune were chaotic and fickle in their collaborative relationships. They usually proceed in stages with go/ no go decisions and the first 9 month phase was passed imho
