A setback after one months testing is not that bad-as long as as the problems are remediable PDNA issue may differ from RNA or both be due to the particle- we know it has worked for pDNA in Nov 17 and Nov 18 however Much worse would be negative immune response data after 2 yrs testing- that’s how long the preclinical programme is currently expected to last

Overall disappointing topline results after 1-2 months of further testing Positive for in vitro- so the manaufacture must be reasonable. They are planning freeze drying so that vaccines can be made up on site without need for cold storage Negative/ inconsistent in vivo We need the detail of the results in the next 1-4 weeks to work out where and how much the in vivo immune response needs improving. They are testing dna, rna, and possibly peptides- difficult to know if it is a matter of getting respective concentrations right or the particle needs tuning It’s disappointing at this moment and hard to predict without more detailed results. It is useful to know that they are networking at events in immuno-oncology- especially given AZ are also there. I am not sure why they are posting a summary of the event given that they did not present themselves. what IO work are they planning? They need a university or commercial partner?

We were at 5p prior to the positive 9 month efficacy data- so this is disappointing The SP is low because of concern that the AZ collaboration is dead and that this will not reach clinical trials until end 2020. N4p are focused on intra dermal vaccines for infectious diseases initially but the high profits are in IO.
