We are a technical partner of scanport- they may be more important to retain than us if continuity of a physical presence is required. There is an incentive for MPS to sort this out soon

This Ghana adventure deviates from the usual pattern with a LOI accompanied by doing set up and work for free. It allowed MPS to meet its stated opening deadline.

The concern is that WSG are not following business norms and boundaries. Starting work without a contract and failed timelines, even short term ones which should be predictable. As small punters it’s difficult to understand, and have to follow black flags such as the cannacord firesale

WSG are a bargaining chip (of MPS) in the ongoing negotiations with the government. MPS will have to make some concessions and WSG hope to make the cut
