Second question is regarding US-Canada market. We were on board as a Silver Sponsor for World Hydrogen North America in Houston, which took place in March 2025. And before that, in October 2023, we have announced that our company is commencing bidding into projects in the US market.

I know our focus is mainly on Europe now but are we still bidding in US market?

Apologies if I missed this in the latest presentation.

I have two questions:

First one is regarding Deutsche Bahn. What are the next steps on the collaboration with them on sustainable transportation and infrastructure?

As you remember, in the RNS, plans included converting DB’s fleet of trains, buses, and trucks into low and zero-emission vehicles, as well as building new infrastructure required for operating and maintaining the converted fleets using green energy. Is there any timeline between us, is Deutsche Bahn waiting the suggestion from us or are we waiting the first step from them? Is there a working group already working on potential services and solutions for example? And more importantly, will there be any significant commercial benefit for us in 2026 and 2027?

I was going to say this. The reservation by 2027 means, it is happening very soon and to be honest our cash flow in 2026 looks much more healthy now thanks to this order. Next year will be very exciting for us.

ITM Power expects revenues from hydrogen molecule sales and services to eventually overtake its core electrolyser business in the long-term, as the company pushes ahead with its new Hydropulse subsidiary.

CEO Dennis Schulz told H2 View that the new build-own-operate business would allow the ITM Group to follow a similar path to major industrial gas players.

“Over time, I expect molecules and services to outweigh traditional electrolyser sales and become the leading source of profitability,” Schulz said. “That’s in line with the development path major gas companies took: starting from technology, venturing into EPC, and building, owning, and operating assets themselves.”
