Not so difficult to see the differences though. These are two separate laws. Hydrogen Acceleration Act last year was heavily criticized by hydrogen industry including Dennis Schulz. It had relatively small-scale changes and did not present any major breakthroughs. Neither the complex legal requirements nor the lack of digitalisation of the approval authorities were not addressed in that draft.

This one is addressing those issues to reduce the red tape, that's why Jorgo Chatzimarkakis says 'Enabling Act' instead.

I believe you are referring to the draft last year, in May 2024, the German government passed the draft Hydrogen Acceleration Act.

That was only a draft, an intention.

As you know, National Hydrogen Council head Katherina Reiche become Germany's federal minister for economic affairs and energy. I believe we will hear more of these news in the near future.

Hi Eastwood, I am checking two websites. Fintel and Morningstar, see the ownership section for ITM.

I was checking ITM ownership every day to understand who might have bought a big chunk recently.

Law Debenture Corporation plc (Janus Henderson Investors) seems got 1 million shares in June. They have now 10.35 million shares.

KBC Fund Management also got 200k shares. They had no shares before.

"buy without looking at the price approach" on Monday worked. 13% increase in just 3 days!

Nope, not selling either.

After buying from 27-30p range, I stopped topping up for 3 months. Again, I am back buying without even looking at the price. Our confidence has never been this high to be honest, enjoy the ride.

FEED contract for Uniper's 120MW green hydrogen project

ITM Power is pleased to announce that we have signed the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract for Uniper's 120MW Humber H2ub® project, which was recently shortlisted as part of the UK's Hydrogen Allocation Round 2 (HAR2). This milestone follows ITM's selection as the electrolyser supplier for the project, announced on 8 May 2025.

ITM will deploy six 20MW POSEIDON core electrolysis process modules into the project, which remains subject to Final Investment Decision (FID) and is targeted to be operational in 2029.

Dennis Schulz, CEO, said, "The Humber project represents exactly the kind of scale, ambition and strategic alignment the green hydrogen sector needs right now. Signing the FEED contract is not just another milestone - it is a signal that industrial decarbonisation in the UK is moving from concept to reality. ITM's technology and expertise are at the forefront of that transformation. We look forward to working with Uniper to progress this landmark project through FID."
