Back to old patterns. Ocado holding up well on a poor day for the overall market. Worsening of the global Covid situation over coming months will propel this share further forward..

Ocado retail is already at maximum capacity. They may make a few improvements to release more valuable Xmas slots.

The real motor to propel Ocado's shares higher is any overseas solutions deals and /or a worsening in the pandemic pushing more of the worlds population into online grocery shopping.

They are thinking about smaller scale Xmas dinners. Being extremely keen to avoid a busy supermarket hunting for all the Xmas day ingredients at the height of a global pandemic when there is very real risk in their vicinity.

I think a surge in demand. At Christmas time the virus will likely be very high all over the UK. Rightly customers want their groceries delivered rather than take any risk.

Booked my Ocado slot for 21 Dec. Was the closest to Xmas I could get and I booked just when slots were released. Demand seemed incredibly strong.

The Chinese are far more capable of controlling the virus. They as a population all wear masks and when a slight outbreak occurs today they carry out the below. Light years ahead of the UK approach ....

The news is coming daily. Virus outlook is bleak and getting bleaker. This further embeds online grocery shopping as the method of choice for shoppers the world over. Lockdowns on the cards across multiple geographies. Vaccine distributed to the public still a long way off.

If we assume the SP would be £30 now if there had been no court case. Then given the present £24 price, £4.5bill has been taken of the market cap due to legal case. I think Ocado can resolve this issue for significantly less than £4.4bill. They may even win and claim damages.

Share price to recover and rebuild from now....

Market conditions are better than they have ever been for Ocado. Nasdaq futures flying up today. Covids strong resurgence pushing more to turn to grocery shopping around the world.

Without the court case I'd say share price would be £30/31. But there is the court case and it's still a cloud over the company. I back Ocado to win the court case or resolve the issue ahead of time at a cost that allows the share price to move ahead. New overseas deal could be signed at any time.
