I've never used abusive language in any post unlike yourself Gio.

I listen to others but of course have my own views. Given Ocado is currently up 130% since March the positive view there is prevailing. As MKS moves towards its year low in mid 70p it's understandable to discuss why this is happening.

No mocking or gloating Just trying to discuss my views re MKS. Room for all views in a debate but the positive ones of course are greatly favoured here.

Others are appreciating my clear logic on here so I will continue to be constructive. Understand most don't want to chat about the negative issues but all voices should be heard.

Good debate has room for all voices and has basic courtesy (not abuse). You consistently espouse the positivity of MKS yet the SP keeps falling. You are telling me to move on. It's a sign you are uncomfortable with an opposing view and reverts back again to your bullying demeanor.

Closing down discussion of negative MKS views relegates this board to a cheerleading MKS service.

Greatmarquess as per below appreciates that my posts open up the boards discussion with logical posts. A consistently falling sp should not be ignored. Wishful thinking can only take you so far.

It's instructive that when negative issues are highlighted on MKS and possible concerns are raised the poster gets called a "bot" as below. I've been called a woman, various female names, even sworn at.

The SP has kept falling but apparently noone should discuss the issues that may be causing this..

Glad you are happy Aimigo. Others are mentioning Ocado (Gio) below so I responded. I'm very interested in MKS as I have long seen flaws that others were not paying attention to. Anyone commentating on boards does not need to be invested in the relevant share.

Ocado are moving on and expanding daily. Some confidence coming back to the share price after the entire market took a beating. The future for worldwide online grocery is very bright in these torrid times.

Newsflow takes time. Ocado SP 130% up since start of pandemic.

You can quote analyst price targets all you like but it's no guarantee of a share price rising in the future. This sp has had big analyst price targets for a while but still falls daily.

I have done that and succeeded with many other companies but MKS doesn't look value to me at its current sp.

Wasn't long ago that analysts consensus was £5 value. Some even said Ocado was worthless.

Analysts are often wrong. Investing is not just about following analyst price targets. It's more complex than that.

Vast majority of analyst price targets recently have an increased price target for Ocado. They are catching up with the reality of a huge shift worldwide, which Ocado is leading, in grocery shopping habits to online.

I think MKS is priced accurately currently. With a little more downside possible. MKS management have not been as nimble as other companies and there are big structural issues within MKS store portfolio that the market is starting to tap into.

Speculation yes. It's what investing is about.

With a large high street and city centre store presence the market sees high vulnerability to current increased covid conditions.

We will see when the results come through.

MKS is not far off its year low share price. Next, Dunelm, Asos, Ocado etc are far higher currently than their year low.
