Amers, it is not a case of being brave, it is a case of knowing you have the support? You cannot simply Walz into Nova's reception and say, I might get enough votes to demand an egm, you have to "know" you have them before starting.

Which means a great deal of travel verifying and gaining trust, (unless of course, there is more than one of you), I did have help with my last one, but that still involves a couple meetings at least.

As not many will attend a solitary meeting, most want you to go to them or a small group who are all close to each other, then its mainly emails, once the leg work is done.

Involves time, effort, literally hundreds of phone calls, doing all the preparation, so it just requires a signature...

During this process, it is almost certain, some will try to sabotage for their own gains? Hence when I said you need 10% you actually need more, so that when someone drops out, at last moment, you still have over 10% to achieve the egm.

Frankly I would think most whats your average questions are to see (on behalf of someone else / Co) how low that the sp might have to go to make them sell... In my case there is no way I would sell, at any low price, it either reaches a point I find acceptable, or I keep them.

No rush, no hurry and will eventually attend an normal agm, cant hide behind a pc forever?

Its when you pay millions out, with no revenue coming in and Nova's revenue was substantial? That is why they are debt free and bought yourgene?

Nah dont agree, they have the portfolio, they have the cash for aprox 3 years and they can still cut cost if they chose to? Just because they are silent (deliberate imo) and being very negative towards PI's is because we are a nuisance (imo) ?
