I think the mis information in the Rns, of “we have strong grounds” was unforgivable & we need to know who (how many) were responsible for input? And as for coughing up 5 mil well, that isnt strong grounds is it? :(

On re-reading the question, it went through to forcing an egm and removing the ceo and cfo!

We met up, (arranged via twitter and a certain amount of trust and good faith) verified each other, as most smart phones allow access to share Co's etc.

I also already knew a few others, through other shares, soon we realised that we had a significant amount of shares between us and as soon as we posted that we had all met up, several more people from the areas, we were all based, started to ask if they could meet the one local to them? and it went from there.

Took a while but we had a solicitor and couple of accountants and a BROKER in the group, all very unhappy with Val and it worked a treat. nb: Pretty sure the broker would join up here to!

Emails were exchanged and most of it was online, without going into to much depth, we also put in place protocols to weed out undesirables?

Unless something happens soon, it shows they are up to no good imo and its very poor considering, the support the PI's have shown.

Re chats and coffee, I had many with Val holders and it proved very fruitful, the rotten apples were removed, the sp recovered, only for the impatience and greed of a few, to drag it back down. Personally I exited on the initial rise after the ousting and once this share situation is concluded for me, wont touch aim again, as imo it gets more corrupt each year!

Possibly, but isnt there a case for incompetence to shareholders, maybe financial ombudsman or something, as surely they cannot keep holding on line agm's surely we should have a choice to attend and question them? Trying to remove private investors imo? They know if they buy, PI's will pile in and sp will rise? making it harder to remove PI's? I believe they have big plans for this Co and do not want its PI base, hence keep it low and remove as many as poss? I would not trust JW as far as I could throw him personally, which judging by his picture, would not be that far!

38 mil even at todays expenditure, with NO further revenue, is over 3 years of improvement and trading? That is a long time by AIM standards? Think I am staying put, until they offer a face to face agm, so we can put on the spot questions to the Board and see their reaction?

38 months is quite a long time really as things can turn in an instant? Now if it were 36 weeks, I might agree... still it is a case of wait for a face to face agm, or indeed a takeover or indeed an RNS that benefits the shareholders, such as a new contract, increased revenue stream or something positive? As currently Silence is not golden!
