As much as he appears to do very little to protect sp currently, (maybe different when closer to LTIP) I cannot beleive for one moment, he would have left the position he had, with an established Co, to come here, if he did not think he would be much better of in the long run?

I agree with your comment, shareholders are just an inconvenience! When they should (by rights) be putting shareholders first... but why hurry, when they have the cash?

Well I think this is all happening for a reason, and the "£2-£3 rush to the exit" is the desired effect? That having said, it is a much cheaper way of acquiring the Company, than paying out top dollar for shares, like someone did back in 2020? wasnt it 500,000 around 13/14 quid?

Makes you wonder who is really in charge? As any CEO worth their salt (salads have salt on dont they?) would do his her utmost to protect their Company and personal position?
