Disagree, many didnt bother voting for the pay rise as they "wrongly assumed" imo, that others would, plus it didnt affect them directly? As a rise from say 200k to 220k isnt imo that bad although I do agree they didnt deserve it.

However, if they have bought say a 1000 or 5000 shares at £3.90 only to be offered, say £1.90 or whatever, meaning a direct massive loss, of 50% of investment, with no action, they, again imo, would certainly take action and actually vote?
