I will answer this one, in that, I do not believe a person Head Hunted for a CEO position, on a basic salary, (as I understand it), of around 300k pa and who has spent 100k buying shares, is that incompetent? If he is, then the Co need a refund from the Head Hunter / Agency!

Meaning it is either deliberate or he lied about his abilities? Plus he left a fairly strong position as Head of Sales from a larger Co?

The more I think about it, the more I am convinced something doesnt fit! So, yes salad is one word to describe it, Im thinking more Patsy... now. Frankly a change may be in the Co's best interests, as he really IMO is not doing what I expected him to do...

Not happy, but not convinced, and still feel that there is more to this sp decline than meets the eye... Why, every rns has been double edged imo, good news followed with negatives or mistakes?

There are a lot of small holders say 1000, to 50,000 (assuming bought at 2/3/4/5/6/78/ pounds) which is not helpful to them or to the shareholders as very difficult to get traction as one unit in order to bring BoD to account!

My STILL saving grace is I feel Dhsc will be resolved in Nova favour and then, watch rats desert a sinking ship, that imo the Cap (CEO) has drilled the hole himself!)

It has been a thought of mine for some time, that they do not want so many pi's holding small amounts and therefore this is a major rinse of PI's

My other thought is that, a deal had been done behind the scenes, no need to rns hypotheses, and so, when said number of shares have changed hands?

As every sale has a buy, will the agenda Co, come out from the shadows, as irrespective of all the poo pooing of the Dhsc, Nova have rns'd "very strong grounds" to enforce contract rules and gain payment and compensation (imo)

Therefore, with many PI's rinsed, a dhsc win and shed loads of cash... back to 4 quid plus!

Add in, an on the boil contract, that finally gets rns'd and boooom...

Anyone any good, doesnt have to plaster it all over a CV, imo? Any headhunter, worth their salt, will find the best candidate for a position, based on the results of said candidate...
