As with any Co, they usually have to put incentives to the vote? I wonder if those that voted yes last time, will do so again? Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the BoD, to advise its shareholders, as soon as known, about any situation, that would affect the Companies SP either way, as nothing has been advised, if then they dropped a bombshell, think DA's next appointment might be CEO of Wormwood Scrubs.... ? :) Have a good weekend all GLTH

I agree with your concerns, they are mine also, but, unless some of the PI's with larger holdings can form any sort of traction to perhaps push for an egm / vote of no confidence and at least try to make a difference, it is a case of putting up with the lack of info from BoD

IMO Traction can be achieved, definitely not easy, as thoe who want failure, will do there best, to ensure it, but it can be done, with honest effort, a few decent PI's?

It is in THEIR account, they have done 4 mil in sales, so far and with a POTENTIAL favorable outcome, to said dispute, would have another 81 MILLION or more?

NO DEBT / Changing direction going favorably / Possible further revenue's as winter sets in and indeed in other avenues? / No need to Borrow / Not perfect due to waiting for some level headed judge to hold Dhsc to account and compensate Nova... but it is far from over yet?

Well, having just briefly scanned rns, I see nothing that many Co's would not like, to be in, cash in bank, debt free, still earning, transition going well, moving away from Covid which created exceptional revenues for some, and still with ability should it raise its head again.
